Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Rolla

Called in an order for pickup. Tried to pay over the phone and was told no. I showed up to pick ip my pizza and im told We do not take $100 bills. Something tells me the part on the Bill that says "THIS NOTE IS LEGAL FOR ALL DEBTS, PUBLIC AND PRIVATE" Should have been enough for them to accept my cash money. When I mentioned to the lady in store that they should have told that over the phone is was cut off with well its a call center. No matter how many times I tried to talk I was getting talked over CALL CENTER CALL CENTER CALL CENTER over and over. I looked her dead in the eye and said you can say that a million times it will not change the words I am saying. All in all very rude service , then refused to take legal cash for a private debt. Im sure this is not legal. Just like if they let you pump the gas 1st it is a debit and they cannot refuse you paying in change or and overly abundant large bill. When you order over the phone and make the food before payment that puts me in debtor status and you refusing any form of legal cash is NOT LEGAL IN ANY FORM EVEN IF YOU POST WE DO NOT TAKE $100 BILLS ON THE DOOR THE THE PLACE! Legal advice take payment over the phone when they order if not accept all forms of cash as it is now a debit and you have no legal choice on how they pay you! The food was HOT FRESH AND GOOD but this does not make up for illegal refusal of cash payment! Look it up, ask your lawyer but at this rate anyone in the know like myself would sue your establishment for refusing to take legal tender payment for all debits public...

We almost left. Manager was working hard cooking and the young lady at the front wouldn't even look at us for 10 minutes. Just when we was about to walk away the manager came over to seat us as he apologized. A very nice young man who was running around, being a great employee, asked us if we needed help. The waitress, young lady at the front, was very cold. She couldn't even get 2 drinks correct... had she been nice, greeted and waited on us properly, this truth would not have been told. 5 stars to the manager and 5 stars to the helpful young man. Btw... When some people order a diet soda it is because they have type one diabetes, had my husband drank my soda it would be a long night for him and I. I took a drink from both because sometimes fountain soda is a bit hard to tell. A little consideration for the customer and just being friendly goes a long way. Just smile and be tired later. I'm tired too. I had nothing from 12:30pm till the time I was served after 8pm. Think about it, how would you like to...

From the start, this was probably one of the worst Pizza Hut experiences I’ve ever had. Our server was very nice, however seemed to be impaired of some sort (drugs or alcohol). The food was hot, that was the only positive. Pizza was way undercooked and breadsticks had zero seasoning on them. This was our first visit to this place and will more than likely be our last. This establishment needs updated and needs a lot of help. They appeared to be understaffed and under managed. Hopefully this doesn’t fall upon deaf ears and corporate gets this store straightened out. There was another family there while we were there and they seemed just as disturbed. Our server also gave us a spatula to pick up the pizza long after we already had the pizza and she complained “she had to wash a spatula because no one did dishes last night”. I understand some things and no experience can be absolutely perfect. But this was $60 for a lunch meal and we would have been happier with the dollar menu...
