Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Rolla

Renée Ramsey here. Since you can't post more than one review per account, I decided to write this review on a different account. Yesterday I ordered the pretzel crust, cheese pizza, large, for my husband's birthday. When they asked on the phone if I wanted pepperoni, I said "No". We were so anxious to eat this again, as this particular pizza is amongst our most favorite, that he picked it up and rushed home so we could enjoy it. Unfortunately, when he brought it to me and I opened the box, it was covered in pepperoni, which I absolutely cannot eat. So we called Little Caesars and they said that we had to bring the pizza all the way back to correct the order. We live all the way across town btw. My husband took the pizza back and they did give us another pizza. HOWEVER, this pizza was also NOT what we ordered! This pizza had the cheddar cheese sauce, WAY TOO MUCH of it I might add, but it was NOT a pretzel crust! After having gone all the way across town TWICE because of their mistake, we thought it would have been right the second time. We were so hungry by this time that he did not bother to check, but he shouldn't have had to! The second pizza made me feel as though they did it on purpose, out of spite. The store has really gone downhill in both quality of food and customer service. As my husband was trying to talk to the gentleman behind the counter, the guy was on his phone just texting away. 🤬 In my opinion, I feel they owe me the pizza that I ordered in the first place, free of charge, after all this, because I never did get it. I have pictures to prove it but it won't let me post them for some reason, I'm not seeing the option. EVERYTHING about this store has gotten worse since the last time I...

Went in to Rolla Little Caesars and asked for thin crust pizza and large cheese pizza meal deal. Was told that was NOT a thing and as I show the guy on the menu he STILL told me No that's not right so I paid for my large cheese pizza bread sticks and 2 liter individually which was rounding up $7 more than what it would have been with the meal deal which you do have for $10.99. Then waited my 15 min. Came back inside to ask if my order was ready and as the same guy that took my order rolls his eyes and said let me check with a ride tone.... Even watched him touch open boxes waiting for pizza to be placed in them with his non-gloved hands on his way back to get my order after handling all the money and cash register.(gross) Then I get home (3 min drive) and the bread sticks when cold and hard and one of the pizzas was rubbery and cold. And I paid $30 bucks for that! SMH! Horrible! Also I tried to call there and relay this complaint but called for 30 min. And all 8 times no one answered....

I don't expect much when I order from Little Ceasars, but Holy heck was tonight bad. Starting off, I ordered delivery and it got to my house quickly enough, however when we got everything inside, 2 of our items were missing. We proceeded to call Little Ceasars, and the response that we got was that they would "write us down in the book" so that we could get a "free" replacement. Well, It wasn't free because we'd already paid for it and never got it, so I'd like to hear the mental gymnastics that took place to come to that conclusion.

Secondly, the quality control is basically non-existent. We ordered pizza from there Saturday, and it wasn't amazing by any means, but it was far from bad. Tonight however was a completely different story. Out of the two pizzas we'd ordered, one was criminally undercooked, and both were way under sauced, and had just BARELY been cut.
