Rude staff, they do not follow company policies on returns/exchanges. Even when you show them their own policies, they refuse to acknowledge any issue or make an attempt to resolve the situation. Editing to add, since the owner has posted a bs response: We ABSOLUTELY did leave our phone number, name, AND email address. We asked that our information be forwarded along to the appropriate party and that let them know we would be waiting for contact to get a resolution in place, thanked them for their time (even after they were incredibly rude towards myself & my husband), and exited the store. We not only were never contacted, but were also told by this stores "manager" that policies are apparently up to each individual store/employee, even if not listed in said policy, any member of staff can pick and choose which policies and procedures it follows on any given day for any given reason. This return was a legitimate return OR exchange. The item I purchased two days prior was DEFECTIVE. I returned with the original receipt, labels and tags attached, original payment method and a positive demeanor believing my transaction would be quick and painless on both ends. The employee working at the time and their supervisor were having a bad day. They were solely looking for someone to place blame and frustration on, we happened to be the unfortunate one to receive that backlashing. We are no longer interested in whatever "resolution" Sportsman's Warehouse was looking for. We allowed ample time and opportunity to be contacted. My guess is that our information went directly into the garbage upon leaving. We gave more than sufficient time for contact before posting reviews and lodging formal complaints.    Read morePoor service and the employees seemed out of the loop. Iâm sure they are very knowledgeable about specific products and brands, but I had a very bad experience. I donât want to fault the store staff as it seems like much of my trouble stems from poor corporate management. We visited the store twice looking a specific type of storage tub. The website said it was in stock, but it wasnât. I was told by the staff that they had no control over shipments and could not know when they would receive more of any certain product. They recommend that I use the website have the item shipped to the store for free. I did this and was told Item would arrive in 24 hours. I was not provided with a confirmation email or order number from the website. Several days passed with no news. I called the store to inquire about it. They told me that my credit card had been declined (it hadnât) and that the order was not coming (it was). I could see the pending charge on my card statement. I kept an eye on the credit card and decided to try REI instead. Over two weeks later, I received and email saying that my item had arrived in store and the pending charge had been processed. Now, after being told several untrue statements and having way too much hassle, I have to go back and figure out how to return the item. I will be avoiding this store...

From the Time it opened untill 2 years ago they never carried enough camo clothing especially in the killik lines. I wrote reviews, sent emails and spoke to employees about this relentlessly. Well enough people must have said the same thing, they started fully stocking the store with several lines of camo clothes. I personally spend around $300+ a season in there now just for upgrades in apparel. This review is about sale priced range finder they offer. Their sale price beat everything on line or retail by $200 while I was kicking that around that purchase I found some "rare" muzzle loader bullets available for ship to store. They were the ONLY ones that still had any stock of this discontinued bullet any where online included. So I bought those they were dropped at store within a week. They sent me a digital coupon in my confirmation email. I used that coupon towards the on-sale range finder. For a total savings of over $350! Aside from the deal the nice young lady that checked me out at the rear gun counter was polite , seemed to know her job and was helpful. So I will keep shopping at this local...
