Warinanco Sports Center — Attraction in Roselle

BEWARE OF YOUR FOOD ORDER AND ARRIVE EARLY TO MAKE SURE ALL IS AS EXPECTED. I arrived 15 min. Prior to my booking time 2pm, For a birthday party of total 23 people. They promised to provide table covers, utensils, and food. When I arrived I couldnt find anyone that worked there and people arriving for the party were clueless to where to go. My room booked didnt have table covers , so it looked like I was having a meeting versus a party. I was able to find someone , which she was great, but explained that they ran out of table covers yesterday and I was never told this until 10min before the party started. Manager came in , which she didnt even introduced herself and offered to run out and get it last min. And said they were hosting another party of more than 1000 people, so they clearly under minded mine. Lastly, when leaving, the extra food left over, that I paid for, wasn't completely given to me. I arrived home missing a whole pie of pizza. Ultimately, they under minded my party because it was only 23 people, didnt care to call before hand and advise no table covers, and didnt complete my order of food. I dont care if it was a pie but I paid for it, so I expect it. Manager wasn't professional at all, just in it in the beginning to book and that's it. It's sad because it's a nice place but ran horribly. GET NEW STAFF AND ORGANIZE...

I would rate 5 stars because the place is nicely designed and a nice rink. HOWEVER the skate guards were not guarding and manning the rink. Kids were wild skating in the wrong direction. Adults in the middle of the rink taking pics. When you would get off of the rink my 6 yr old was pushed and I had to yell at someone’s child!

Yes parents need to parent but a lot of the kids were on the ice alone.

This was my second time here and the first was similar kids running and then sliding across the rink on their bodies. Yes you read that right.

I’m from nyc and grew up skating at Workman rink where there’s 0 tolerance for unsafe behavior. The skate guards did their job.

It’s dangerous to have people sitting on top of the blue wall where newbies try to skate and hold on. People standing on the ice for no reason not skating. Big kids using the skate guards that are for smaller children and being reckless.

Please do better and have the skate guards make sure everyone is safe. This was tragic and I’m too far to go to Central Park or NYC rinks to ice skate. Not sure if we will return. Unpleasant and stressful. Unsafe. A wild teen also almost knocked my daughter down 🤬❌. Why because not one of the skate guards told him to stop his behavior or remove him...

This was completed and utter chaos disorganization and very disappointing when u first walk in no one is giving out bands u pay and there is no proof u pay 5 dollars gets you in and then u have to walk around figures how many token yes I said tokens each item u would like to buy cost and then get in another line to buy tokens to then get back in line for your food. I was excited for award winning taco and instead by the time I got back they were sold out of tacos 😭😡 there are only three actual food trucks and 7 food stands with minor food such as french fries lemonade hotdogs things you can just go to the boardwalk and get. On top of all this if ur not interested in any other food you cannot get a refund once you buy these tokens that is it the only thing you can do is call them on Monday and see if you can possibly get your money back. Plz don’t ask me who they are because idk either this is what the GM told me 🤦🏽‍♀️ But at least there’s a happy ending because someone was nice either to pay cash for...
