This store was clean and had a large selection of items. It was my first time noticing the store; so as a local business owner myself and esthetician, I decided to stop in to see what they had as far as “beauty”. I purchased a few random items and it totaled around $40 I believe. Their items were a little overpriced compared to other places but they have a right to charge whatever they please. I may return and would still recommend but I will never by any more of their costume jewelry.
One of my items of purchase was a cute little rose gold necklace with a heart shaped pendant. I’m aware that it wasnt real and I only planned to wear it a few times. I don’t have sensitive skin and costume jewelry has never irritated me. I noticed the change in color on the chain but it wasn’t noticeable to others. The next day I wore a pink shirt so I decided to wear it again. During the day I noticed a slight burning as if I had a tiny cut or something so I removed the necklace and went to the mirror. I had two rashes on both sides of my neck. Two days later it was still there and still had the burning so I went to my dermatologist and was told it was an allergic reaction to nickel which is one the cheapest and more toxic metals in jewelry. So one cute little necklace caused Meyerson naevus (moles) to form and...
Read moreI’ve been a customer of this establishment since they opened . I usually always spend $100 + every time I Shop there . I’ve been followed and watched while shopping before but just ignore it and get what I need to get & get out. Today’s experience left me quite disappointed & dissatisfied. I purchased a hair straightener for a very special occasion. On day of occasion the flat iron barely was efficient. It was not straightening my hair sleek as advertised, I had to borrow a flat iron from a friend to get a straight sleek look. 3 days later I went back to return the item with my receipt in hand . I explained the problem to store manager Juan requesting store credit or an even exchange. He literally plugged the iron into a socket and said “see it gets hot I can’t take it back “ . He refused to exchange the product. I took the item back. I will not return back to this store as a customer. They do not refund or exchange anything ! When you have loyal customers it’s best practice to assist them if there is an issue . They don’t care about customers all they care about is making a profit . Be warned . I will gladly drive into Houston for beauty supply items . Coco Bella Rosenberg will not get any business...
Read morePLEASE GET THIS RACIST STAFF OUT OF THIS STORE. THE STORE HAS GREAT POTENTIAL BUT THE GUY IS SO RUDE FOR NOTHING. THE GIRLS DONT SPEAK OR HELP! I WILL BE CONTACTING CORPORATE BC THIS IS THE SECOND TIME I’VE EXPERIENCE THIS.
I have spent plenty of money in here and soon as I came in yesterday to make an EXCHANGE because i bought the wrong curl pattern of hair. The owner did so much as if I was trying to get over on him. I had my receipt, hair was intact in original packaging. He kept flipping the hair around as if he was trying to find anything so i couldn’t exchange it. Also he kept asking the cashier stuff in Spanish about my receipt, which they both speak fluent English. He said I didn’t have the 10 cent net that comes on the hair and when I told him that it didn’t come with one he didn’t believe me. He went in the back to check and must have saw that I was right. He confirmed with the cashier in Spanish that I was correct but didn’t apologize to me or anything. Nobody wants go to a place of business and pay money but when it’s time to return or exchange you’re treated like you’re stealing. Probably won’t be back...
