Firehouse Subs Brazos Town Center — Restaurant in Rosenberg

I called before my birthday to try to get my birthday 6 inch sub from firehouse did not get an email which she normally get which I don’t understand why he didn’t get it this year, but I called firehouse sub talk to a lady. She represented herself as a manager don’t know if she was or wasn’t but she told me because I’m dyslexic young because I have problems to come into the store and they would work with me on my app and get the sandwich ordered. I told her that I had to go take care of some personal issues that weekend and then I would be back after I got done with that issues when I got back, come to find out they came because supposedly you only have three days to claim your 6 inch sub for your birthday to say I’m coming to find out that I was told on the phone was not true. Talk to Store manager kind of rough and he basically said none of the managers would say that you know, and wouldn’t honor it. The least they could’ve done is honor the sub and done it. Just don’t courtesy to say don’t do it next year. They didn’t even offer that, so I would not recommend this restaurant I would never recommend anybody that doesn’t honor what they say. They’re gonna do even on the phone. You know if you give out something free for somebody’s birthday you should honor it if even the staff didn’t even know about the three day rule all they knew about this seven day rule, but it’s regardless if your corporation offers it to your corporation and what your corporation says, I will never come back to and it’s pretty bad because they help out the fire departments and everything else with equipment but they don’t take care of their customers didn’t even offer anything else and change. They could’ve just honored the side or did something or discount or something, but didn’t...

Firehouse Subs is hands down one of the best sandwich places around! Every time I come here, the food is consistently delicious and freshly made. The bread is always soft and warm, the meats are perfectly seasoned, and the toppings are fresh and crisp. You can really taste the quality in every bite. My personal favorite is how generous they are with the fillings — it’s always packed with flavor and never dry.

The staff here are super friendly, patient, and always go out of their way to make sure your order is just right. The restaurant itself is clean, cozy, and has that welcoming neighborhood vibe that makes you want to come back again and again.

12/6/22 visit. Called to place phone order, male employee was not friendly, was on hold approx 6 mins, the male employee that took my order was not friendly & very short & curt. Arrived to pick up order, no welcome or thanks, I gave my name, male employee and the bag to me like a shopping bag....so I knew my sandwiches would be messy & upside down I corrected direction of bag. Sandwiches were sloppy and sadly no pickle spears in either of the 3 sandwiches but the taste was good. I have visited every 2 weeks for a few months, other visits were awesome and 5 stars. This visit stunk amd so did the male employee working on the phone and cash register at approx 7pm. If you elect to be at work, make the best of it & treat others kindly so they will want to return especially given customer service is key...
