Worse balayage experience ever. I went to A&A chic salon because my sisters said the owner colors hair well. The owner colored my hair and it was awful. Instead of a balayage blend of brown and caramel I got bleach streaks which she had to add in low lights to break up the streaky brass color she put in. Although it looks better than her first attempt now it just looks like my hair has only 2 tones of my natural hair color and low lights. No blend of other colors. I’m very disappointed that the owner herself did this kind of hair job especially when she said she did her colleges hair which was beautiful and nicely blended. Una vez llegamos al lugar la dueña la señora Silvia nos atendió de una forma pedante y muy poco amable, le escribí a su hija y le dije que su mamá había sido poco amable... luego de un rato la señora cambio un poco de actitud así que decidí quedarme, porque dije no pues debe ser su carácter pero por las recomendaciones creí en su profesionalismo! Omg q me ha hecho todo al revés le dije balagage y me lo hizo desde arriba y con manchas dejo la punta del cabello afuera Eso estuvo bien pero ni al final ni la toco y el resultado fue un cabello balagage pero al revés claro arriba y oscuro abajo Jajaja para matizar solo usan agua con champú morado no te ponen color 😭 y para acabar de ajustar te ponen en la secadora casi a cocinarte la cabeza y desps vienen 3 personas diferentes a checarte porque la señora silvia estaba ocupada atendiendo a otras 3 personas al tiempo el olaplex ni en foto se ve por allí ...usan agua de 30 y desps me dice q me lo arregla y salí corriendo .. al final me devolvió la mitad del dinero y él resultado fue poco profesional y poco personalizado un trabajo con bleach no es cualquier cosa junta dinero y ve a un lugar mejor ... doy 1 estrella porque no se puede dar 0 ... y hago esto porque no es que al devolver parte del dinero todo queda olvidado ! Las estrellitas es lo q les duele ... a pdt: tuve q pagar 380 dólares para arreglar mi cabello .... lo barato sale carísimo tu dinero cuenta! Ve a un lugar donde te traten bien y con atención...
