•Indigo Mix Grill Platter (10/10):- Fish (Pakod), Chicken Tikka Drumstick, Chicken Kebab, Goat Kebab, Malai Boti, and Chicken Boti. Served with raita and salad. Each of these items were cooked to perfection, flavorful marination and just plain delicious! This is a great platter to have a good mix! Perfect for a large group or even you just wanted to try a mix of grilled items.
•Peshawari Chicken Karahi (10/10): - combination of tender chicken, ripe tomatoes, and aromatic spices. This was so good! Reminded me of chicken korma because of the creaminess of the gravy. I was expecting it look a lot different since it’s a Karahi, thinking it’s a bit more dry and more tomatoey. But the flavor and everything was amazing just expect more of a korma style curry.
•Hydrabadi Goat Curry (10/10): - Sauce with bell peppers and traditional Hydrabadi spices. The goat was tender and cooked just right. The spices and everything was really tasty. It reminded me of a Bengali style meat curry we call meat bhuna. The gravy was so so flavorful. Tasted like home cooking but even more rich.
•Goat Biryani (10/10): - Delicately cooked Biryani with perfection of spices and tender goat pieces served with green chutney and homestead salad. This was so yummy! I love me a good ole biryani. The meat was cooked great, spices were nice. Would definitely get this again! A great biryani option
•Cheese Naan (9/10)- Naan stuffed with melted cheese. My first time trying cheese Naan and it was good! It reminded of a big quesadilla but naan form. Only thing is I wish the naan was a bit more soft, it kinda was thin and not as fluffy I’d like it. Overall, it’s a great naan option!
•Chilli Chicken (7.5/10) - Indo-Chinese appetizer tossed in hot chilly garlic sauce, onion and bell-pepper. This was my fault, I didn’t realize they had a dry version, I got the saucey version and it didn’t really hit as i expected. Not as flavorful tbh and there was too much onions and bell peppers. Next time will ask for the dry version!
•Chicken Hakka Noodles (7.5/10) - Stir-fried noodles tossed with crisp chicken and savory Asian. Tbh the chicken was a bit too chewy and hard. The flavors were very mid, not many spices or anything. It could be because maybe you can eat it with some other sides but by itself, this dish didn’t really pop for me. I was expecting more flavor
•Manchow Soup (4/10): - Spicy, savory soup with crispy fried noodles and mixed vegetables. This unfortunately wasn’t my favorite. It was very underwhelming. Not flavorful and just was not it for me. It wasn’t spicy either.
•Mojito (10/10): Mint, lime, and soda. This was sooo delicious and refreshing! Yal knoww I love me a good mojito. It was so good! They added some type of masala in the soda that gave a delicious Desi twist. Would definitely get this again!
•Mango Lassi (10/10): - Mango yogurt drink. Yal, it’s always a must try to get a mango lassi at a Desi place, this was sooo delicious. I can tell it was freshly made. Hit the spot
•Ras Malai Shot (6/10): - Soft, spongy cheese patties soaked in sweet, cardamom-flavored milk, topped with pistachios. This honestly didn’t taste fresh. It tasted a bit spongy and like it was frozen before. Not as a great as I thought it’d be.
•Carrot Halwa with Gulab Jamun (7.5/10): - Rich, warm carrot halwa paired with soft, syrupy gulab jamun. Can’t go wrong with carrot halwa and gulab Jamun! Tasted fresh...
Read moreWe were eagerly anticipating the opening of Indigo- for what seems like over a year, so we were very excited to dine there. We had samosas, masala fries, chicken 65, dynamite shrimp, butter chicken and chicken korma, and various naan. We were a little disappointed in the menu as it didn’t seem to have many or our typical favorites. There were many vegetarian options, but the proteins were mainly goat and chicken. Regardless, we ordered the above. We ordered a glass of Chardonnay for my 94 yr old Dad and even pointed to the selection on the menu- but received not Chardonnay. Hard to say what type of wine it was as it didn’t seem to match anything on the wine list. After ordering drinks, we received a little bowl of spiced peanut- the spice was wet (which isn’t a bad thing) and they were very tasty. Samosas were good- very hot- so if that isn’t your jam- just be aware. The sauce served with it was very good, sweet and offset the spice nicely. The dynamite shrimp appetizer was just okay, shrimp were small, tail on, and weren’t particularly “dynamitey.” The chicken 65 and butter chicken were both delicious- not super spicy. chicken korma, however, was not boneless. We didn’t notice this on the menu and had we, we may have ordered something else. It was fine just not a fan of chicken on the bone. Rice was good and plentiful, naan was really good, particularly the Onion Kulcha.
The music was very loud which really made the service suffer. The server struggled to hear us and we had to repeat a lot of things- and forget about my Dad- he couldn’t hear ANYTHING. We had specifically asked for the Chicken 65 to come out with the entrees but it came out as an appetizer and the dynamite shrimp that was an app came out with the entrees. And I mentioned the wine issue. The waiter said they were short-staffed and they are just open so I thinking they turn down the music a little things will improve. Place settings and decor were lovely. While this may not become out go-to Indian restaurant, we do appreciate an independent restaurant coming to the area and hope they do well and we will support them whenever we can. Give them a try- particularly if you are vegetarian-...

This restaurant is truly a hidden gem! The price, quantity, flavors, and freshness absolutely justify the visit. The ambience gives off warm, welcoming vibes, and every dish was bursting with flavor and freshness. Prices are reasonable, and the portions are generous. Even the silverware and plates were neat, clean, and cute — a small but thoughtful touch.
The only downside, however, was the service. The restaurant seemed understaffed, and the servers could use some training in customer engagement — wearing a smile, greeting guests warmly, and checking in occasionally would make a big difference. Despite requesting that our food be served hot, the servers didn’t pay much attention. With only two people managing the front of the restaurant on a busy Friday night after 8 p.m., it was clear they were overwhelmed.
As a result, some dishes arrived at less-than-ideal temperatures. For example, the Garlic Naan was cold by the time it reached the table, and the Khoya Kaju, while delicious, was only barely warm. The gravy had great flavor, but the cashews seemed tossed in without seasoning. The Roti came out just warm, and the Bhinda Sabji followed nearly 10 minutes later, throwing off the meal’s flow.
Overall, the food was outstanding, and I’ll definitely be coming back. With some attention to staff training, better timing, and more attentive service, this place could easily become one of the best dining...
