The place is bright and clean. The nurses are friendly. However, the price I paid for everything was exorbitant. I spent $180 to get my daughters ears pierced including paying for the cleaning solution and a piercing pillow they gave to her to hold because she was scared, both of which I was not given prices for. I read the website and expected to pay for the earrings and piercing, but the prices for the extras were not disclosed. When we got home I realized they pierced my daughters ears so they did not look centered. I took her in again and they reluctantly told me they looked slightly off center and said to remove them and come back in two weeks. Said we'd only have to pay for the earrings. Ok, we did that. They say they accept walk ins so two weeks later we walk in to have them redone, wait a good 5 minutes for the woman to finish wiping down the cases and acknowledge our presence for her to tell us she's booked and we needed to make the next available appointment for 5:30. It was 3, so over two hours later. After I told my daughter she couldn't get them done she burst into tears and out we walked. I'm just overall disgusted with the customer service and price of the place. It's great that the atmosphere is nice and there are nurses to pierce the ears, but please work on the customer service and disclose your prices. Also, don't say you offer walk ins then tell the walk ins they need to make an...
Read moreunsafe! despite their schtick of being nurses the knowledge of piercing guns being unsafe is not uncommon. The use of foreign made cheap alloys isnt safe either. No sterile gloves. poor prep. Apparently they also have a magic healing spray that heals piercings quicker. i highly recommend learning about how unsafe piercing guns are before considering here
after seeing your response its even more troubling the misinformation you spew for profit. Happy clients maybe temporarily while still uninformed. your euphemism for piercing guns doesnt change the fact the pierce with blunt force trauma causing extensive tissue damage. You also give inaccurate information regarding your snake oil healing tonics. It really is sad to see. As far as being a nurse? This may give slight knowledge of anatomy and should give lesson in aseptic technique but your lack of proper equipment shows thats unfortunately not the case. Hopefully anyone searching for safe piercing sees this and atleast does the slightest bit of research before making the...
Read moreWell our experience was great when we were there. Super nice and quick (we made an appointment) however after that it went down hill. It started 24 hours later when my daughter front broke off. We ran back to the store they fixed it by putting in a new earring. However, we started looking at that piercing closer and the back of the earring was actually near the bottom of her ear. Not one but 2 nurses had looked at that ear and not one mentioned the placement wasn’t right. We called to see what we could do if anything and were told either let it heal that way or take it out and wait a few days and get it re-pierced in a few days. So I looked it up and everything said a few weeks not a few days. We went to get a second opinion and the shop was worried about the earring bearing easily ripped out and jewelry not laying flat. But they said we need to wait a few weeks. So we not only spent a ton of money of very little selection but we also have to do it all over again in a few weeks. We will...
