Starbucks — Restaurant in Ross Township

The make baresta not only got my order wrong which I was fine with j didn’t complain I decided to politely say it’s okay don’t worry about it I gotta go to work. He instead took my coffee back that I was trying to get back, crushed the lid taking more than half of my whip cream that was there and through it way. And then slammed the coffee on the table. Didn’t put anymore on that he took off and was overly aggressive for no reason while raising his voice. I don’t know why he’s being this way, I didn’t get mad nor was I demanding the missing topping for my coffee. Probably won’t go back here...

My drinks were spot on and tasted great.

The app lets you customize drinks, so you aren’t missing out by placing an order on your mobile device. I personally think it’s easier to do it this way and get exactly what I want. My drink is customized so it’s a mouthful to get the words out when I order at the counter.

I have to give a huge shoutout to one of the gentleman there. I work in the mall and he absolutely made my day. I can’t believe I forgot his name, but he had bright ginger hair and told me he was British. He was hysterical and just made a wonderful experience for everyone.
