Selection for games seems to be spotty. Most of the games are in wrong cases, missing manuals, or have messed up cases. When there are games that are complete, 30-50% of the time they aren't playable. Not a reliable place to go for complete games. Also, the customer service experience can go either way. Sometimes i'll have someone that would love to help me find a game. But there are times where people will act like i'm a bother if I ask them a question. For instance, I bought 5 games and a funko pop and before she could bag them together, I asked nicely if the funko pop can be in its own bag followed with a dirty look. Lastly, I know this review is a little late but I purchased a used Xbox One back in 2015 and told them the next day I wanted to return it because I wanted a Playstation 4 instead. Read moreWent in this afternoon to buy accessories for my console and stopped by the trading card section for the first time in the 3 years I have been coming to this store. Noticed something was off about some of the cards and after looking, realized all of the cards on display except the Lugia Break and Growlithe are fake copies. I let an employee know and pointed out that at least two of them were fake, (due to missing textures, incorrect foiling, printing dots present etc.) and was brushed off. I see another review from over a month ago where they have been told the same information. They are knowingly presenting fake copies as legitimate cards to sell to unknowing customers, keeping me from shopping due to fears of legitimacy. Read moreI recently went to the Exchange for the first time ever, as I was looking for a particular (no longer being made) video game. This game was one of my son's top items on his Christmas wish list this year, and I couldn't find it ANYWHERE! Upon inquiring with the Associate (I believe her name was Lauren) she informed me they would submit a request within all their locations, and if any of them received the game as a trade-in I would be notified via email. I didn't hear back for approximately 2 weeks (and was even debating paying $300 on eBay for this 4 YEAR OLD GAME, as it was the only other option LOL). However, I received the email and immediately went back to the Exchange to purchase it.
