Greenlawn Dental — Attraction in Round Rock

I don't usually write comments, because of the worst service and treatment I got on this clinic I put my comments. I'm skeptical any way about others comments. I came here last year for only root canal and cleaning. They wanted to charge me $1500 in addition to my insurance coverage for root canal only. Then, they said we're the cheapest dental, we give you $ 100 discount. I asked for a cleaning, they said we can't do clean we have to take out some teeth you don't need on your mouth, they wanted to fool me and convenience me to get rid of more teeth not necessary. I have no issue and not have pain on any of my tooth. I came for my next session of my cleaning, they took extra x ray to my teeth in less than 8 months and they said oh, we found some teeth you need to take out before we do the cleaning. They did not want to do the cleaning and the time is almost gone and they said, Oh we need to schedule you another session. But, I insisted to do the cleaning, they had me paid another $120 just double charge and did only 20 minutes cleaning and they told me you need to schedule for another 4 months to do the next session. I came again after 4 months, they said my insurance was expired then I have to pay $ 600 to do the next session. They already took the whole a mount from my insurance for the cleaning and they wanted to rip me off again, The day before my cleaning, they called me to pay only $ 120, but when I came I had to pay $ 600 plus. my cleaning not complete at all. They did not able to do one cleaning for the whole year, it's a shame and ridiculous . My insurance said they had to pay me $ 400 back of my Root Canal and they denied it, I paid $ 350 plus insurance had paid the rest and did not complete cleaning. It's a business office, like car dealer not a heath clinic at all. They don't have a doctor to do simple thing like root canal and crown. As I said on my next session of cleaning they changed the amount and tried to convince me, it's a legal. Do what the patient want and that's all. If you're not worry how much money you pay and you're not worry about your teeth, this a place for you to come. If you care about your teeth and care about your money, I do not recommend this place. The staffs are friendly and the service is good in general. Dr. Heiman is good in explaining things. I do invisalign and teeth cleaning here. I am at the 5th months of the invisalign. I thought the result turns out right as Dr. Heiman said.

They are just not consistent on the appointment follow up. I left a voicemail that I wanted to cancel my appointment. I asked if they could call me back or email me to confirm the appointment is canceled. They did not call me so I called them back to check later before my appointment. They did not check my voicemail and did not cancel it. The other time I had to cancel again. They received my voicemail and canceled my appointment but did not call back to confirm. The email system only lets patients to confirm appointment but it does not let patients to cancel through email. They require 48 hours notice for cancelation, otherwise $50 will be charged. One time I called on Tuesday morning to make an appointment for a Friday morning appointment, and then a staff called me back in the afternoon on the same day to confirm my appointment. Why didn’t she call me on Wednesday or Thursday? Maybe She just forgot what day it was. I think they should have a better system to handle appointment confirmation and cancelation. Appointments mostly are made 6 months in advance, of course you don’t know what you have on that day when it come closer to the time, so there will be cancelation and reschedule.

For cleaning, I thought they did not do thorough enough compared to the other places I have gone to. They flossed too quickly that I feel like there is still something in between my teeth. I tried two hygienists at this place but I did not like them much. I am not sure if I will do cleaning here when I am done with...

There are so many GOOD things I can say about this dental office BUT for the sake of having anyone finish reading this review, I will keep it as short as possible! .......(NOT) LOL

For as long as I can remember, all I have ever wanted are teeth that are NICE & PRETTY! Growing up, I had very little to no enamel on my teeth causing them to darken at a early age. Unfortunately, along with that came some bullying for not having a normal smile

Therefore as I got older and it came time to find the right dentist, I made sure to do my due-diligence & I was willing to travel all around Austin to find the right office!

I came across Greenlawn Dental because they were the highest star rating in the area! & Let me tell you! There is a reason why they are the G r e a t e s t E v e r!

From the sweetest ladies in the front that do their very best to schedule you in and are S O personable, To the assistance's in the back that make sure your makeup stays on point and stay ready with that napkin A L W A Y S ! (MVPs) To the Dentist himself (Dr.Heiman) who is always considerate and generous when it comes to making sure you are comfortable and numb enough, because let’s face it.. (That is straight up important) Lol. Overall working as a team in making sure your visit consist MORE of comfort and LESS sweaty palms!

I have recommended everyone I know to this office because they are T H A T good! I encourage anyone reading this to stop your search! If only there were a referral program ? ……….. Lol & last but not least, I would like to mention the talent in his work! Below are some pictures of the cosmetic work that I have gotten done and Im so very grateful for!
