My family & I have been seeing Dr. Schneider for about 4-5 years. We love this dr & his staff!! They have always been very patient with us. Dr. Schneider is very laid back, conversational, personable & professional. He’s not the type of dr that is uptight & doesn’t hold his “dr” title to be above others...he’s down to earth! I’ve been in his office when he’s answered the phones & been at the front desk greeting patients as they come in...I think it’s awesome that he does that! You certainly don’t see other drs doing that! When I call up there, all I have to say is my name & they know exactly who I am. When I go up there, all I have to do is walk in & they know exactly who I am! I praise this kind of customer service b/c I don’t get it from other dr offices. This past year he & his receptionist helped my 13yo with contacts & they were awesome & patient with her. I have an eye condition & astigmatism & he has me in the best & most comfortable contacts & stylish glasses! My eye health is much better now then when I was seeing an ophthalmologist! My husband hates drs, doesn’t matter which type, & he never misses an appointment! WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND...
Read moreI read some of the OLD reviews and some people can be so cruel. I guess they have a new receptionist because she was awesome! VERY patient, kind and helpful in helping me pick out a great & cute pair of glasses! And Dr Schneider was wonderful! He was very patient, kind and very respectful! He tries to make you laugh to help you have a more pleasant experience and he's VERY thorough! I especially liked the fact that the machine that blows a puff of air into your eyes is unnoticeable, you don't feel a thing; not like most of them that blow out a hard air puff and would make me jump. I also thought the office is very nicely set up with a very comfortable, clean and nice smelling atmosphere. I loved the great selection of glasses too. I will definitely be going back and highly recommend Dr Schneider & this practice!...
Read moreI took my son there to get glasses, the lobby area smelled of cigarette smoke and the receptionist was VERY rude to a patient she was on the phone with. I have worked in a Dr's office and in customer service for MANY years and thats not how you treat people when you run a business!! Also, I have worn glasses for over 20 years and they ALWAYS give you the rx, when you get your frames/contacts, not this place. My son broke his glasses and this Dr's office grilled me when I returned to get the rx them. I called in advanced and showed up during the time they specified, but still had to explain why. Why, should I have to explain why I need MY SON's rx, which I have every right to ask for!!! The Dr. was answering phones that day, and lets just say, the receptionist is not the only one that needs a customer...
