There’s only 1 person there who is actually competent and they’re not even a manager. I live close and have been dozens of times and it never fails… they mess up my order no matter how small (we do not edit our food orders either, we order how it comes). I’m not being hyperbolic. Today was my last straw and my family and I won’t be visiting again. We waited almost 20 minutes for our missing 2 wraps and a corn dog when the place was empty. and the rest of our food was soggy and gross. On top of that, they messed it up again so our food wasn’t right after their fix either.
Overall, I’m not gonna pay for rude customer service and to be constantly given wrong orders. The food quality is inconsistent and the prices keep going up too. Did I mention you have to wait an additional 20-30 minutes for your order to be fixed, no matter how empty or packed the place is? Read moreI went there today and ordered lunch to go for my sister and I. The lady took my debit card to pay for my order because the screen was not working. She stayed gone with it for a significant amount of time until I requested it back only for her to tell me it doesn't work. I checked the bank account everything was fine. More than enough to cover my order but I went ahead and gave my other debit card.... Again I waited and waited for her to bring my card...... Nothing!! I finally got out and went inside and asked for my card back and the lady inside was VERY RUDE. She said we just now used it.... Ok but I'm still outside waiting on my card so I can leave. It notified me that they would "be with me soon", shortly before it went back to telling me to press the red button to start my order. I figured it was a glitch in the system, so I pressed the button again. I then waited for about 10 minutes with no response. Okay, I've been to a Sonic before where they had issues with the stalls, I'll go through the drive-through. After about 15 minutes of waiting at the speaker without a sound from the other side, I pulled into a different stall.
