I usually get Sushi Go to-go, but tonight a friend and I had planned to go to Kaizen for dinner, but they were closed on Tuesdays. Sushi Go to the rescue! It was my first time dining in. The food was as delicious as always. Service was good with a smile, as usual. My friend and I sat and chatted and no one seemed to care (the last place we met actually kicked us out 15 minutes after we paid our bill and tipped WELL --- you can find that review for 30 Brunch House in Rockwall. Never again!). We enjoyed catching up without worrying about anything the staff. Such a nice experience. The Tuna Bowl is my go-to, and even with health restrictions (RIP, my beloved spice! 😭), they make it to perfection for me. They swap out the spicy ribs for regular, and put the sauce on the side, so I can control what goes into it. I also request 1/2 the rice, because I get too full otherwise. But if you like rice, the portions are ample! I love the convenience of picking up a call-in order to take home, but the dine-in experience was fantastic tonight, too. Definitely give Sushi Go a try! 🍣🍣

This place is the BEST SUSHI PLACE I have ever eaten at!! And I have never actually eaten there! I found them randomly on Uber Eats and I got their Spicy Tuna Bowl, and I have probably ordered it 100 times. It is the best combo of tuna, rice, avocado, rice, and sauce that I have EVER HAD! Today for the first time I decided to pick up my order instead of having it delivered, and it felt like I was entering a Holy Place. It was exactly the kind of place I love, super low key and chill with AMAZING FOOD! I swear if nobody went there I would support the business MYSELF off of my paycheck because if there was ever a day on this Earth where I could no longer order their Spicy Tuna Bowl, I would be supremely unhappy. So please, give them a try! You will not be disappointed!

Door dash order. Spent $80 for three rolls, two pieces of sushi, seaweed salad and 4 ounces of miso soup. We literally would have been better off getting grocery store sushi from Walmart that was about to expire. The pictures don’t even tell the story of how terrible the food was. The one picture which is probably indecipherable is one of the rolls. My wife started eating the other roll before I could take a picture, but it was even worse. All rolls were placed literally on top of the ginger and wasabi, which can’t be blamed on the delivery driver. The miso soup was at least edible. I typically only post positive reviews but I don’t think it is fair for anyone else to spend their hard earned money on something this awful.

I'm a disabled veteran. I've lived in and traveled to various countries around the world and have never felt disrespected and mistreated anywhere else like the service I've received here. Horrible communication from the extremely unattractive and rude cashier. This is my second coming here, it was raining outside as I was coming in to pick up the food and politely asking him to use the restroom, and he blatantly lied to my face by saying that it was closed and told me to go to Tom THUMBS while there were customers dining in. Last time, I came for food pick up he was unpolitely talking down on and disrespecting me in an agitated tone of voice as if I was a dumb dumb because I'm just a inferior food delivery driver as it's one of my side hustles and probably not knowing that I'm educated and also a business owner myself and investor. He needs to learn how to respect people with his attitude and choice of words. Take your money elsewhere. Do not come and support this mistreating...

How is it that a place I frequent and adore I have never reviewed?! They're the best, fastest, and freshest in Rowlett. (We went a few months while I was nursing my first son having Sushi Friday weekly trying every single sushi restaurant in a 10 mile radius, so I am sure of it 😆)

We have been coming here for years and it's always been top notch. The rolls are fresh, the owner is delightful, and it has an adorable vibe if you plan to eat in (but we almost exclusively take out).

I'm so glad they recently got their own online ordering system in order as opposed to a third party so we don't have to pay the extra premium on those platforms.

The one or two times I've had issues with an order fulfilled incorrectly, they were prompt and courteous to resolve it and even swiftly redelivered an item I picked up that was missing something without a question or accusation....
