Worst magic experience ever. Called about a neon purple mana crypt (730 on tcg) and she didn't know if it was there and being annoyed she left to check. When she came back she told me she has it and I asked if they would be willing to make a deal or possible trade and I was treated like trash for the rest of the conversation and acted like she didn't want to help me as if I was being shady somehow. She said they can't do anything but sell it for what it is on tcg and only through the site as if making a private deal while the product is posted online is a crime lol. I asked to speak with someone that I could talk to more about the card and price and what they were able to do and she refused to give me any information and refused to take mine to give to anyone else. I was told if I wanted a chance to speak with anyone that my best bet is to email the business and "maybe" someone would get back to me. Horrible customer service to say the least. After that phone call I immediately called the next listing on tcg which the location was in another state. They were more than happy to help, sent photos without me even asking, removed the tcg listing, were willing to negotiate/trade/partial trade, and had a great attitude. Needless to say I bought the card from them and gave them 5 stars and an amazing review that...
Read moreDouble Infinity Gaming is simply amazing. If you're a Magic: The Gathering, Pokémon, Lorcana or Flesh and Blood player/collector/fan (they also sell other games and accessories), you must visit that store. The staff's friendliness is unmatched, and their expertise, not just in mainstream games but also in Lorcana, even though the game just launched, is impressive.
Prices are great, making it clear they prioritize customers over profits. The staff is super friendly and professional - I always feel very welcomed every time I visit. They have an extensive selection of both sealed products and singles (individual cards). Additionally, they host a variety of tournaments for major TCG games.
The owners, Will and Julie, along with their staff, truly stand out – always approachable, community-focused, and dedicated to ensuring customers leave their store happy.
Personally, whenever I visit other TCG stores, it often feels like I'm intruding on the staff, as if I'm not skilled enough or not within their intended customer base to deserve their attention. Double Infinity took the effort to walk me through every detail of the game and taught me how to properly play.
I can't recommend it enough for a friendly experience - very well...
Read moreReally bad experience here. It's a shame because I came when they first opened before the re-design and when the owners were actually present and had a really great experience.
I was excited to come back this time to see what had changed but that quickly faded.
The store is very claustrophobic with the new design. The booth should have been kept in the back so it's not in the way of the tables they setup for play.
The nerdy dude with the messed up teeth was super rude and condescending. Dude needs to be trained on better customer service cause he's definitely gonna drive people away.
All the prices are above market price and upon further inspection the cards I bought were not near mint.
Sad to say I won't come back because I really enjoyed my initial experience with the store. I don't recommend coming here if you're not friends with the people because they will treat you like you don't...
