Flowers & More Boutique Inc. — Attraction in Royal Palm Beach

I honestly cannot say enough great things about this shop & their staff/owners. We happened upon them a couple of years ago, when they "saved" our kid's prom flowers, bcs another shop refused to do the order bcs it happened to be Mother's Day weekend! The ladies were so sweet, helping our girls pick out just the perfect flowers & giving them the experience we were really hoping for! The flowers turned out gorgeous! I have ordered bouquets on other occassions, including today, for my best friends birthday. Once again, they did not disappoint. The young lady was so sweet over the phone (Shannon, I believe). She took great care to make sure that the arrangements was just what I was looking for...and also got the flowers delivered in record time! If you are looking for a local florist, who takes the time to listen to their customers and delivers a quality product, then this is the shop for you! Not to mention, they are extremely fair priced, unlike so many of the 'big name' online florists, that are not nearly as good! I am soooo glad that we found Flowers & More! I placed my order online, so I can’t speak to how grey customer service is. It was simple to place the order online and they do have Apple Pay, which is super convenient.

The recipient of the bouquet was pleased, however, I am really underwhelmed. The bouquet lacked in fullness and the colors were really different in comparison to the online photo. I ordered “Baby’s First Block” in blue. On the website, the ribbons and the blue flowers are a baby blue but in person they were Royal blue. Additionally, the website seemed to display white roses, and I don’t think that’s what was used in the arrangement I ordered, nor were the tiny white flowers used in the bouquet at all. I did select the box to give the okay for substitutions to make shipping faster, but that doesn’t really explain why the arrangement was so sparse. The final product did not live up to my expectations at all. I've attached a photo from the site and the final product...

Very nice people that work there, they are super kind and pleasant. I understand it’s Mother’s Day and you are swamped, but when you accept an order placed on Friday, two days before Mother’s Day, and state to the customer that it can be picked up at 9am on Sunday... it should be ready.

I arrive at 9:50 and they couldn’t find it first of all. So given an extra hour, didn’t even help. I had to stand in the store for over 30 minutes. They told me at 10:10 am that “it’s being finished up”. A few minutes later I was told 5 minutes and it will ready

Then after 5 minutes I was asked if I wanted it delivered... not sure why I would accept to wait a few more hours, so I said no.

Finally at 1025 am I got my order.

Better business practice , don’t promise what you can’t deliver or at least apologize for your mishandling of the order.
