I have never been treated so poorly by a business establishment. I placed and order which I was told would take 45mins and waited 1 hr. I was waiting QUIETLY when a male asked if I was waiting for an order to which I replied yes. He said give him 10 mins. I responded that I have already been waiting an hour. I dont know what he went to the back and told dear daddy but the next thing I know father burst through a door that leads from the kitchen coming straight at me shouting get out, get out, if you cant wait get out. You out here hassising my kids. I was shock , I said who you speaking to like that and what for. He was angry and kept repeating , so I stood up for myself. It was 3 generation present and they all cursed me out, dad told me if I was a man he would slap me while his fingers were shaking a mere 3 inches from my face, he threatened if I dont leave he would call the police, even locked me in briefly saying he is calling police, asked me also if I think I am in Jamaica. Well I know Im not in Jamaica, but dont blame Jamaicans for your misfeelings for us; the fact your grown son came to you and you came out so attacking speaks a great deal. I have never been treated so disrespectfully, add a restaurant, my wife placed an order for food. They said 20 minutes so I was there within 25 minutes, I walked in to be ignored by a lady and a man. Finally, they decided to acknowledge me. I told them I was here to pick up an order, the lady said they have no calls or orders as I walked out. I noticed there was an order sitting there on the counter. I called my wife, who assured me that this was the right place, when I walked back in & told them that my wife was on the phone Finally after telling the lady what we ordered she acknowledged that yes indeed our order was ready. When my wife hung up the phone, I suggested to the lady that they should take names to avoid confusion, big mistake. Both the men and the lady started attacking me telling me to calm down that they assume that I was Uber eats, etc. she started yelling at me telling me that they run their business the way they like to run it. I ended up paying for an overpriced roti, which was not good. I will never be returning to this...

The grandfather is very rude I went there today and place my order. I waited over an hour to get my order. When I reminded them that I was still there the son went inside and told the father. I wasn’t disrespectful in anyway. However grandpa came out and point his finger in my face and told me to leave in the nastiest way. I told him not to speak to me in that manner and he threatened to call the cops. I was waiting for the cops to come , he even locked me in the store. He told me if I was a man he would have slapped me in my face He finally opened the door and let me out. This is ridiculous all I did was to remind them that I was still waiting for my order.
