Sunday April 14 2024. Just had a horrible phone encounter with three high School space cadet yo yos. Call to get a question answered first excuse the phone wasn't working right. Second excuse the manager was supposedly was connected to. Was not available on this planet but maybe some other planet. Cuz she wasn't listening to me telling her why I was calling. That's what you get when you hire high School Barbie doll fake bimbos. Then some guy got on the phone and he was rude and hung up. I don't know where they get these people and I don't care.. but I guess I have to go to one of their competitors in order to get goodbut I guess I have to go to one of their competitors in order to get good quality service.

Read moreI brought my sister in to return some t-shirts she bought but was not longer going to use. We get in line and there was an employee, she had brown hair and glasses and she seemed like she really was trying her best to help the customers. We waited, and waited. We saw other employees laughing and goofing off. Then finally another employee came (one of the ones laughing), because by now the line was full, even though customers were using the self-check out. Well, this employee had bright red/orange dyed hair. She starts fiddling around with an online order, taking her time. Meanwhile, the line is getting worse. I have sciatica, so every minute that went by was extremely painful. Finally, she says "next!" or something like that. We go up to the counter and explain that we have a return but no receipt. She is EXTREMELY rude - not just rude but MEAN! She patronizes my younger sister (who is on the spectrum) and treats her so horribly. She tells my sister to try inserting her debit card, and nothing happened with the return. Then she goes, "Can I see it?!" very sharply. My sister hands her the debit card and she says, "THE SHIRTS!" in a horribly patronizing way. She scans them and basically says shes not able to do anything to help. She says we could get a store credit and I told her. "We'll keep the shirts. We don't want a store credit because we don't want to buy anything from here." We walked away without saying thanks. Believe me, I will NEVER step foot in this store again. This woman was miserable, absolutely miserable. And she treated my sister and I like we were the scum of the earth. Read moreI walked in with my own artwork to the custom framing department. I didn’t necessarily need custom framing I was just looking for a specific size in a different color. I stood there for about 15 minutes (no exaggeration) until I finally made eye contact with a reluctant employee. Ericka walked over and informed me that the framing specialist was on lunch. (At 6:53pm?) I asked her if she thought my artwork would fit in the frame that I had brought to the front she completely ignored the question and grabbed my frame. I moved on and asked if she had the frame in any other colors. She pulled out her cell phone to check “the app?” Unsure what she did because after 2 minutes of silence she told me that “what we have is in that (points) section” instead of walking me over to the section or pretending to care/asking someone with more knowledge etc she did not help AT ALL. She then walked away without so much as an “I’m sorry” or “have a nice day” I have been shopping at Michael’s for as long as I can remember and have always had pleasant customer service experiences but it was painfully clear that Erika does not like her job or want to help anyone.
