Purchased the tempurpedic bed and everything with it in june. The bed is excellent.The salesperson hani was amazing, however, fast forward and I start getting notifications from my bank and credit karma, that my card is over limited by a hundred and two percent, which causes my credit to decline severely. There was a $90 promotional fee added to it, which was in the Terms & Conditions. I had paid $2000 out of my own account. And I would have gladly paid the $90 fee, had I known it was going to cause my credit so much damage by over maxing the card out. I paid the difference to remove it. I called over to mattress firm and spoke to the very rude and highly unprofessional manager to let them know not aware that it would put my new card over limit and that I would have been more than happy to pay that had I realized the damage it would have done to my credit considering I had already paid them through my bank account for the rest. The manager Lex was very coarse and rude when he was speaking and didn't want to deal with it. As I was trying to find the receipt, i apologized, and I let him know that it was the memorial of my husband and my paperwork was not organized so I was having trouble finding, he hung up the phone on me. Instead of just asking me to call back when I find the receipt. I thought maybe it was a one off thing, so I called back. After speaking with him again with no voices raised on my end, he basically told me it was a hani problem and hung up the phone again. I had to call back from my daughter's phone and I let him know that that is not how you handle customers and he proceeded to hang up on me. Yet, again, for the third time, I let him know. I was going to put this review up. You do not hang up the phone on them, and then I wasn't even yelling at him or anything like that to cause him to do something like that, terrible customer service beware!!!!!!!! Read moreMy husband and I had visited many stores, and laid on many mattresses, trying to find the right one for both of us. I have back and neck issues, and had to recently return a mattress because it was too soft for us. We visited Mattress Firm first, and liked the feel of several mattresses they had, but wanted to be sure before we bought, so went to 3 other stores to compare. We wound up going back to MF to compare with a mattress we liked at another store, and narrowed it down to 2. We still weren't sure, so the salesman had us try another one we hadn't laid on yet, which was in-between the two we were trying to decide on. It felt very comfortable and the price was reasonable, so we decided on it after spending over an hour going back and forth between the two mattresses. We had a great salesman who never pressured us, or tried to talk us into anything, left us alone when we needed to lay on the beds for awhile, gave us lots of information on the different mattresses, patiently answered our questions, was very professional, yet friendly, and great to work with. We also chose MF because of their 120-night trial period, and good exchange/return policy, which other stores didn't offer. We believe this is very important when you're paying a lot of money for a mattress, and aren't sure if it's going to be the right one for you, that you will have for many years. I have to finish by saying that our first night's sleep on this mattress was great! I woke up with nothing hurting or aching, and slept through the night for the first time in a long time. Read moreI did not have an in-store experience. I called my local store and I spoke to a woman named Madonna. I explained I had a back injury and I needed her to help me through the situation and order the best adjustable frame and mattress for my situation. She spent so much time with me back and forth on the phone and texting until we got it right. She was fantastic what a trooper and so kind. I am sure she thought I was wasting her time and I was crazy. I kept assuring her I intended to buy a bed set today. Now let's talk about delivery and setup also five star I was skeptical because well you know how the delivery is different from the store experience. The two guys that came were phenomenal. They set it up trained me on the mini tablet that comes with the adjustable bed. Cleaned up everything took out the old bed. Trust me I gave them a nice Christmas tip. I could not be happier.
