I live up in Orlando where I am a big fan of Blaze. So far I always have had great experiences either st the UCF or Disney Springs location, with the same high food quality and service. So I really did not know it can be MUCH different. This weekend I visited friends in Lake Worth FL and I wanted to introduce them to Blaze. Big mistake. The staff is extremely chaotic and unorganized. Not only are the pizzas smaller, everything is also more expensive and a smaller selection. We were 6 people ordered 2 pizzas and 4 times „take two“ with „made to order salad“ (since they do not offer the caprese salad). We all ordered our pizzas (or half for the take two) and at the end I asked about the salat. So they called somebody for the salad and we 4 had to go back in line (squeeze between customers behind us), while the employee took out 4 plastic container (in Orlando we get nice bowls for the salad) and she filled them with mostly brown (old) romain. It looked discusting. I told her this looks gross, so she asked if I want her to open s new bag. Which she finally did. The salad she tried to serve us should have be thrown out days before. We also saw that she poured the new/fresh salad on top of the old/brown salad instead of throwing out the „days old“ salad before she topped it with fresh salad. Just gross. At the end all the pizzas were already done (slightly undercooked) before I even was able to pay. My son also ordered a desert, which was not done until he went back to the register and waited there until they finally prepared it (about 10 min just standing there and waiting). Unfortunately a VERY unpleasant experience and I’m sure my 4 friends will not go back. How can it be this location is so chaotic and unorganized??? Months later: not the slightest reaction from the business to my review… looks like their business is not interested in honest...
Read moreWe placed a large dine-in order around 8:30 PM for our Father’s Day celebration with friends. The order included six pizzas and four sides. Unfortunately, the food arrived late, and just as we were halfway through our meal, the staff informed us that the store was closing and insisted we leave immediately.
We politely requested a little more time to finish our meal—especially because we had children with us—but they refused and came back to tell us we had just five minutes left, even threatening to call the police if we didn’t leave.
We explained that had we been told at the time of ordering that they were closing soon, we wouldn’t have placed such a large order for dine-in. Instead of understanding, one of the staff members raised their voice at our friend who was simply trying to explain the situation. This upset the kids, who were clearly scared by the aggressive tone.
We fully understand that the store needs time for floor and kitchen cleaning, which usually takes 30–45 minutes, and that’s completely fair—but the behavior and handling by the staff was unacceptable. Moreover, there were about five or six staff members present, and none of them were cleaning other areas of the store while this happened.
Overall, this was a very upsetting and uncomfortable experience on what was supposed to be a joyful occasion.
We are not posting photos or videos, but felt this feedback needed...
Read moreI am dairy free due to a severe dairy allergy. This is the only vegan cheese pizza place I know and when I ordered my food, I asked for the salad to have no cheese on it. In addition, when I ordered my Buffalo chicken pizza I asked for there to be Buffalo sauce on it.
Mind you, I ordered online through the app. I called to confirm that my allergy note was seen and there would be no diary- they confirmed the note via phone call.
When I got there, there was cheese all over my salad, almost no cheese on my pizza and the crust was black. All I asked was for the salad to be re-made because I have a dairy allergy. The manager gave me an attitude and said he was “willing to remake it this one time” as if I had done something wrong.
Then, I check the pizza and there is no Buffalo sauce on it. I asked them to please add some Buffalo sauce. The worker dumped a pound of Frank’s red hot on my pizza. I told them that was hot sauce not Buffalo and the manager gave me an attitude and said he wasn’t going to fix it, and that was what I asked for.
When I got home I took one bite of the pizza and my lips were swollen from how much red hot was soaking in my pizza. It made me gag and feel sick to my stomach.
I threw the pizza out and I honestly think I’ll never crave Buffalo chicken pizza again. $30 later I threw all my food out, hate blaze pizza and their workers, and have a horrible...
