Pura Vida Miami — Restaurant in Royal Palm Beach

First timer here. At first glance the location appears open, airy, and welcoming. I was greeted by staff and placed my order without any issues. I thought it was odd that they charged an automatic 5% surcharge fee , but the place was so beautiful that I let it go without a second thought. I sat on the white couch to wait for my food and as I looked down to adjust my top, I noticed dirt, stains, and long strands of hair throughout the couch. I was disgusted, and could tell that the slip coverings hadn't been cleaned or cared for. I then decided to move and sat on a wooden chair, but noticed long hairs on the weaving of that chair as well. I decided to stand.

I was handed my food and matcha by a pleasant lady. My matcha was amazing and stirred my hunger so I decided to eat at a table to enjoy the ambiance I paid a 5% surcharge fee for. The table I chose had 1 chair that was crusted with old food on the seat, and the other chair 's rattan seat was sunken in so deep that I thought I was going to fall to the floor. At this point, I decided I'd rather eat in my car- which I did.

To conclude Pura Vida - If you are going to have an all white decor, then you need to keep it clean. If you are going to charge an automatic 5% surcharge fee for "employees and fresh ingredients" then your employees should help with that cleanliness. I will not be dining here...

I seldomly come here to give feedback, but when I do it’s always because a product or service have consistently shown a pattern of reliability and trustworthiness, or the complete opposite. This Pura Vida Miami location has consistently provided a service that has made me feel welcome and seen from the moment I step into the building. I am always greeted by at least one staff member, the place is always superbly clean, and the quality of their products are always made with all the care in the world. From baked goods, to coffee items, and even small animal treats, have always been prepared and delivered to me and any guest I have taken with me with such ultimate care and excellence. It’s truly an experience that they provide at this location. I go there for work meetings, for book readings and at times just for a quick rest on my daily routines. I wish I can remember the names of all the staff there, but I would like to say THANK YOU Olesiya, for making my last experience an enjoyable one.

The only down side. I which they close a bit later. But his will not make me give any less...

First time here. The girl working the stand seemed to be annoyed because I was taking long trying to set up my account. When I apologized for taking long she just stared at me. She finally offered to help me when I tried to redeem my wellness shot. She seemed in a rush or just annoyed maybe she was having a bad day because it was NOT busy there was NO LINE. Moving forward Victoria and queeny were very attentive and happy to help. They alone definitely took my rating from a 3 to a 4. The food was fresh I got an avocado toast with smoked salmon , an Americano, and a croissant as a starter. I bring my laptop and work; the calmness in the restaurant is very nice. I moved on to the spicy tuna bowl that consisted of raw wild tuna, cilantro rice, avocado, cucumber, radish, micro cilantro, scallions, sesame seed, ponzu yuzu sauce, spicy aioli. It was super fresh and had great flavor. I paired that with the Miami mocha with extra protein. The quality of the food definitely matched the price. I spent around 60 dollars for...
