Decent enough. The price is certainly reasonable, but brings many caveats with it.
PF is geared toward women, obviously, but that really doesn't quite capture the overbearing nature of their attitude towards men. Every wall is plastered with rules (about how men need to behave) regulations (about how men need to dress), or motivational soliloquies using distinctly feminine phrasing. All of that would be wonderful if PF was actually a gym for women, like Curves, but seeing as how it's unisex, perhaps they could dial the "all men who lift are douchey gym bros" notion back just a bit. I'm all for creating a safe, clean, healthy gym environment, but PF needs to get over itself. Trust me, they don't actually care how you look, or how you feel. the average PF has over 6,000 members, yet they can only hold ~300 at a time (and when was the last time you saw one packed wall to wall?. Contrary to every sign asserting that PF is where "you belong", they actually need 95% of their clientele to stay home and not use their equipment in order to operate. They literally don't want you in there, but they do want you to pay for it.
There are no pressing benches at PF, ostensibly to keep anyone who has progressed passed the point of lifting infancy from even considering a membership. Four Smith machines are what PF considers adequate (for 6,000 members, don't forget) and you're expected to find time to get a bench workout between everyone else who also need the Smith to work on a host of other excersises that would normally be done elsewhere at a real gym.
So like I said, many caveats. This place is more a budget health club than a gym. The bottom line is there are FAR better options for more coin, but if you're on a tight budget or need a place close by to do some quick...

I was told that they do not offer a paid in full option any longer and now require a checking account and a credit card on file to be deducted monthly from your account. This is exactly what I was told the last time i renewed, but they stated if I want to pay in full then I would be forced to to pay for 18mon instead of 12 which I did. This is the punishment for being a loyal member for a decade? I am unable to have anything connected to my checking account and have consistently paid in full every time regardless of the time frame that was forced upon me to pay for. Im awaiting a call from Stephanie (the local AGM) to see if this right will be wronged and will update this review at that time. Letting a loyal member of 10yrs walk out the door and refusing to take their money is wrong and plain insulting on many levels. I'm hoping this is corrected quickly and my in full membership renewed.
UPDATED: I have since recieved a call from the AGM (Stephanie) stating there was nothing she could do for me and would have her manager (Carlos) call me to see if he could help. I have yet to recieve a call from him. I have done my best to stay in contact with my local management as the follow up has recommended. This is clearly degrading and saddening at the very least for a 10 year loyal member to have to go through this. I would appreciate any help from corporate to right this wrong. Read more7 complaints of ice cold showers, and no hot water ranging from 1 month to 3 years ago, and all the PF pr replies is to acknowledge, and then steer into contacting the manager..... Have you ever thought that people are reading these reviews, they're adding up, and the management seemingly does not care? Perhaps there's more that you can do with this information so that it doesn't get to the point of your customers adding up the reviews for you? Just moved up here, bummed I can't use this place.

YOU INFORM YOUR TEAM!! you have EIGHT NEGATIVE REVIEWS MENTIONING THE SAME THING!!! It's not your customer's responsibility to reiterate what's already been reiterated because you're far too lazy to act upon. second update They've revised their comment on my feedback; "were disheartened to hear, please bring this comment to management" obviously they're not reading, nor understanding anything, nor actually wanting to change/admit any fault.
