What could improve is the value and the customer service. I stopped at Office Depot today on 441 State road 7 and Southern Boulevard. I was shocked when I wanted to use the paper cutter. They told me it's behind the counter and the cutter cost 37 cents Per Page. I said are you serious 37 cents that sounds like a lot. I went to the manager to ask how could that be .37 cents each? Is if that price for customers that order online from you and buy ink cartridges and all of that stuff. Without even looking up a person's account to see if they purchase lots of office supplies, you charge your customers that you have our account information here 37 cents? And... he said yeah 37 cents... that's right 37 cents, yep. This is the manager. He shouldn't be the manager. I'm the customer I had a viable question. It seemed like an awful lot just to cut the paper he said it's a service and I said well we used to cut the paper ourselves. He said, will not anymore. That was rude and he will not have my business again, and neither will any other Office Depot, ever again. Office Depot is wondering why you're dying on the vine. Maybe you should consider good...
Read moreI’ve never had a worst Experience purchasing something from a business. I went up to the another register near copy and print to purchase my one item because in the midst of back to school season there is only one cashier at 5pm and a line of 15-20 guest with carts and baskets filled with school supplies. I was told by McKinsey very rude you can’t be rung up here because there is a line of people. I explained to her i have one item everyone else has more and she is alone over there compared to the 3 associates in copy and print. Which in the time she took to refuse to help me she could have rung up my 1 item while waiting for things to download and print she could have rung me up she just didn’t want to or i doubt it but maybe she is unable to multitask or doesn’t know how to provide exceptional service. However, the manger Amber stood by and watched as she stood around waiting for the next copy and print guest instead of checking out my one item. I’m sure Jeff the site mgr wouldn’t appreciate paying guest treated so poorly and of so I’m never shopping Office...
Read moreThe store was great, clean, and the staff was knowledgeable. Unfortunately, due to a storm & intermittent power surges the store had computer issues requiring the order to be entered multiple times. This caused an important detail to be missed. When the 165 lb. desk arrived it was left in front of my garage instead of being brought into the house and up to the 2nd story. The store said I had to speak to the delivery department directly & gave me their number. The delivery department could not assist. They said that because the note wasn't on the instructions and that the delivery truck left there was nothing that they could do. I almost returned the desk since placing it in my husband's pick up truck would have been much easier than getting it up the stairs. Decided to keep it since I liked the desk and carted everything upstairs piece by piece. It would have been nice if the delivery department would have called the store where it was ordered to verify that it was the store's error and then make an arrangement to rectify...
