UPDATE..... Since Terry went above and beyond for the stove a couple years ago I have now paid for a 65in TV and a couch and loveseat. Who knows what I may buy from them next.

Okay where do I begin. My bottom heating element blew up in my oven that I had bought from Lowes. I have had nothing but issues with that stove from Lowe's so this was about the 6th hearing element and turkey day was to happen in 2 days. I ordered another element from Lowes website And it was it would be here around the 22! It never came in.

NOW this is where Best Way comes into the picture. I call down there and I speak to a very tall man with a deep voice I believe his names Terry maybe not I'll ask him again when I go back. But I explained my issue to him and asked if they had a stove. I did not care what it looked like as long as it did it's job añd cook everything that the oven needed to cook. He tells me they do not have any stoves but he could go to Conway to another store and get me one. I was surprised when he told me he went to Conway at 8am just to grab me a stove the day before Thanksgiving. Then he had also told me it was coil top and wanted to know if that was okay. Yes it's okay that's what I was using now. I did not even notice until I got it in my house that is was actually glass top. I only use cast iron to cook with but I had heard you can't use cast iron. But that was all I had so I gave it a try and nothing happened so I was very happy. I have had bad experiences with rent to own places sick as Aaron lying to me and charging me out the ass for a new mower that was 6 years old they got it back and I've never rented again until that day. But what I forgot to say was after we got the stove iñ and straps on it Lowes sends me a text saying my part I ordered was in. I'll go pick up the part but I'm keeping this stove I'm in love with it. Y'all go down and see Terry he is a great friendly guy and very knowledgeable on everything in that store. He was very helpful helping me understand what I am getting and when my payments would be due I've have gotten 4 items from them and only one thing I had problem with I gave them a call and they came out and replaced it for free! The store is very clean and organized pretty well you can walk in and take a look around and actually see what they have in stock if they don't have what you are looking for you can go talk to Terry or anyone there for that matter and they can see about ordering what you want or need and fix...
