I love delivering to this Tyson they're fast friendly and got out there way to accommodate you. (example this is my 2nd time doing this) Its friday Labor Day weekend I pulled in at 11:15p.m. the worker's was walking out the door as I approached the door I asked are you closed the manager(same manager from the last time) replied yes but what you got, this one worker said no problem I'll stay and get her unloaded. I'm telling everyone about the servive at this Tyson (702 E. Main st) because if they didn't care or go out the way to assist drivers and apparently love their jobs. I would've spent the whole holiday weekend in Russellville and I have hometime Monday. So thanks Tyson...Salute SRT "The LadyTrucker"

Park at the red line, walk over to office to check in. Gave me a dock door instantly, handed me back a copy of my bills, explained the process here. Warehouse worker was already outside and cut the seal tag on my trailer, he also explained the process here. Open trailer doors Back into door Choke trailer tire Dolly down Disconnect from trailer Bobtail to bobtail parking next to entrance 5pm, warehouse worker knocked on my door to let me know I’m unloaded. Attached to my trailer, I was out.

One of the pics is the trailer they rejected and made me go washout. The other one is a pic of the trailer after the washout. Can you tell which one is cleaner? Me either. Its called a racquet. When warehouses are in in cahoots with the local truck wash and works to keep them in business at the cost of drivers and carriers, this is what happens. No regard for my time or wallet.

These guys said they would text when the load is ready. They didn't. When I asked them about it they said, "Some cellular carriers don't work on this system." I told them, "I have Verizon". The lady said, "Well it should have worked." I told her it was ok and I finished out the rest of my 10.

When I went to grab the trailer the next morning they had it 1,700 over gross. I asked them to remove 2,400 so I could add fuel and scale out. They refused to cut weight for fuel. I refused to haul the load.

I'm happy to do business with just about anyone (including Tyson) but this was just bad business on their part. They told the broker the load weighed 42,658 lbs. I cant have a gross weight of 81,700 if that was truly what they put on the truck. Tyson added weight, expected me to haul it for the same price and wouldn't even work with me on fuel. They can go play with their chickens as far as I'm concerned. I refuse...
