El Camino Mobile Home & RV Park — Attraction in Sacramento

Owners a con artist, heavy duty power tripper, has drinking problem, harrasses tenants for micky mouse reasons, steals electric from less intellegence tenants. Walking on egg shell feeling, cant reason with him, he knows more than you. Been taken to court many times, constantly walks up and down the park with attitude. Loves to get to know single ladies. Sleeps in his living room, waiting for one of the many people he screwed to come back and do something. Wont let you leave in peace, make up bogas reasons to give you a hard time when you try to leave. Keeps mail, acts ok when your paying rent, but turns on you when your moving out. Has his drinking buddys leave positive reviews on websites. Plays loud music, gets drunk, then gets in your face for whatever reason. A dry dirty getto park, cat urine stench. Cops allways there. I recently stayed at El Camino Mobile Home and RV park for about 4 months and found my stay quite pleasant. The first thing I noticed about the park is it's quite atmosphere; no barking dogs, or loud people. The office staff and owner are very nice and helpful; they were able to answer any questions that I had and made my stay very comfortable. They have 24 hour on-site staff to provide peace of mind for all tenants. They have a laundry room, with vending machines and a honor library and they allow 2 pets per space. I have rented for 10 months and will be here for quite some time. I have recommended this Park to others and each and everyone of them are glad to live in a tight neighborhood of good people that watch out for each other.
