This is ultimately the best laundromat there is around in Sacramento or even outside of Sacramento they have 9 load washers for $9 I go to Midtown and they are charging outrageous prices for Less wayless you end up getting charged $16 for 8 loads of laundry when you can come here and do 9 loads for simply $9. Their staff is amazing they are very friendly however they do not allow any nonsense around their business at all which is nice because we are in Del Paso Heights but if you come to the laundromat you will never know because they do not put up with that they are very professional and they're staff works non-stop on staying maintained and sanitary. I've never been there and seen any of their employees sitting around doing nothing nor have I ever seen any mess or filthy this at all so it is always nice to know that you're not doing your laundry in a washing machine that is filthy and you don't know where it's been which can be a question on anybody's 9 if you have been to a bad laundromats this laundromats and staff always cleans their machines after every customer so nobody goes behind nobody. It is by far the cleanest laundromat I've ever been the best laundromat I have went to other competitors around and I cannot find anybody who can compete with this laundromat. So if you're tired of getting ripped off from going to Midtown or any laundry mat and paying $8 to do 6 loads of laundry and then you also have to pay for a drying most of the time , which you do not have to here , I recommend you come to...
Read moreThis was my first time doing laundry here and I will definitely be back. Customer service was awesome, I was barely out of the car when a young man who worked there came out to greet me. He gave me a quick rundown on the laundromat. He even went back in and brought out a cart to put all my bags of clothes in and took it inside for me while I was getting my detergent, etc. I was impressed by the cleanliness of the place. While there I saw sweeping and trash pick up several times. Also I left 2 small items in the washer and another employee asked if they were mine and brought them to me. I appreciate that he didn't just toss them, I would have had to go to the store and purchase them again. The place was not crowded and I was able to use the 6-load washers for my clothes and the 5-load dryers to dry them . Did I mention that you can dry for FREE there, loved that. I even was able to leave my detergent, etc with an employee while I went next door to McDonald's for some food. Can't beat that experience, it was great for the first time going to a laundromat in years. Kudos to the staff, thanks for a...
Read moreI used both of the large washing machines at this laundromat on a Tuesday to wash blankets, expecting to use the free dryers as advertised (free drying is supposed to be available Tuesday through Thursday). However, they refused to let me use the free dryers and insisted I pay extra to use the largest dryer, claiming it's required for blankets—even though my blankets didn’t even exceed the maximum fill line.
There are no signs stating that blankets must be dried in the paid dryers, and this policy wasn't mentioned in advance. It feels like false advertising. They lure you in with the promise of free drying, then apply hidden restrictions to force you into paying more.
Because I couldn’t justify the unexpected cost, I had to pack up my wet blankets in bags and take them home to hang dry. It was a huge inconvenience and completely avoidable if they had been upfront about their policies.
I found the experience misleading and frustrating. I don’t recommend this laundromat—there are more honest and transparent places out there. Avoid if you value fair and...
