After me and my two girls picked up my oldest daughter from school yesterday afternoon, we broke down on the side of the road. Well the middle of the street actually. An offcier was kind enough to push us to the curb. It was a lil scary and stressful b/cuz there was no warning sign on the sienna's end and it was hot. So I could'nt communicate to other with lights or brakes either. Good thing my sister in law was near by. Also, it is with a grateful spirit I share that my family had the best roadside service experience too. Of course I said a prayer too for calmness. I never have had this happen to before plus my three babies were with me. The response time was appreciated and impressive. Thanks to Naveed we have our lives as spoils- safe, sound. I needed my car towed from the Midas in West Sac to the dealership in Roseville and finding a towing company that wouldn't cost me an arm and leg was stressing me out. My Insurance provider directly forwarded my call to the towing company. Calls gets answered without no name. When ask for a name or who I am speaking with.
