There is a young woman working here who decided to have major attitude with my coworker about the restroom. When my coworker payed for her food and asked for the restroom code the worker refused to give it to her and said it was against policy to give the code out verbally. However 3-4 minutes later she gave the code to a white man verbally. I asked the female employee first what the policy is to confirm, she got upset and walked away, talking into her headset about how she isn’t giving the code or letting anyone in the bathroom. So I went up to ask the manager what the policy is. The manager said that is but not against policy to give the code out however they could pick and choose who they want to give the password to due to the area the restaurant is in. I asked if since we were paying customers we could get the code and he gave it to us. He was very friendly and didn’t have any attitude at all. As soon as he walked away the woman spoke up and said “there, you got the code just make sure you don’t forget it” I asked what her problem was and she got argumentative. Read moreThis is the worse A&W / Kentucky fried chicken I've ever visited. There service is very very poor, they are rude, food is a mess in the bag. I went through the drive through and it took about 15 min to receive my food with only two cars in front of me. I asked the worker why is the wait so long isn't there some kind of policy for that he simply stated yup and shut the window. It took everything in my power to not go off on the kid due to he was still handling my food that I'm still waiting for. So I asked him to give me his managers name and I called corporate right than and there. I filed a report but I'm still waiting for the district manager to call me if he or she doesn't soon I will be calling back again because every time I go here it's a major problem. Read moreI first went in and asked if I could use the bathroom and surprisingly they let me without me first being a customer. I then went to my car and went through the drive through and ordered a root beer freeze and a cheesecurd. Their customer service was excellent and when I got to the window the guy explained that they ran out of icecream but he did replace the mix and it would take 2 mins to make then asked if I'd like a float or would I like to wait the 2 mins I said I'd wait an instead of him making me go park on the side he let me wait right at the window which was nice.
