When I tell you THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!!!! The customer service from the older lady behind the counter has been giving me hell for years! All she does is complain about what she does and talk about people and be rude as ever! And never know anything about products. And the chubby man is no better all he does is talk on the phone and talk personally to “customers”. I’m just now getting tired and fed up because I go in today to purchase some slouch socks and a lip liner my total comes to $4.75. I hand the woman $20 she presses the register, but I then realize I had a $5 bill and wanted to trade her for my $20 back. Because it’s simpler math right!!!???? WRONG!!! This lady really argued me down about how the system already made the transaction with my bill in her hand and the register open. All she had to do was say she’s not good at math… because why was it so hard to take my $5 and give me a quarter back!!!! She proceeds to give me all 5s back so I ask for the owners info because that was super petty of her. She acts like she doesn’t know who I’m talking about so I ask chubby fella. He’s running his yappers with a woman who wasn’t buying anything! And tells me I have to go all the way to broadway ti make a complaint!!! I promise I do hair and have all my receipts from here I’m a loyal customer and I send my clients. I will make sure nobody who knows me goes here!!!! This place; particularly the employee that I delt with was just rude. I usually purchase my hair in Bridgeport but decided to give this place a chance. The "security gaurd" was extremely rude while hustling people out and blocking people from entering the store before closing hours. The employee I called to inquire about the hair product before I arrived told me "I'm busy come, look yourself".
