I am so happy with them. I am out done with how good they are how personable they are and how caring they are. I bought my mother a rind 19 years ago a diamond ring took it up to them to see if I could get it resized from a 6.5 to a 9.5 and they said no problem, plus they cleaned it and it sparkles, my Mother lived my wife and I told them She is the only person I would ever want to give it to. my mother loved Easter more then any holiday so to make a long story short they resized it cleaned it and I gave it to my wife good friday before we go away to the beach this weekend. Took my wedding set in and my husbands cross charm. My wedding set needed some love and a resizing, it looks incredible and fits perfect now. Dropped everything off Saturday and have it all back tonight Wednesday. Super quick turnaround. My husbands cross charm needed to have a new loop put on so he can wear it again. Came back perfect. Wow!! Is what I say when I go for a service at Marrero Jewelers. They cator to the customers “ needs.” I gave them My wedding rings that are close to 20 years old, to polish/clean the gold and diamonds and replace the old prongs with new ones. It looks brand new! They resized my new thumb ring to fit then polished it. It fits like a glove. Then offered to clean my old thumb ring as well. While I waited they offered me a beverage, I felt like family.
