This St Cloud BK has the absolute worst customer service!!! I like whoppers, but it's not worth the horrible experience every time I've been there. For some reason, they don't feel it's necessary to hire English speaking employees! They all appear to speak only Spanish. Today, I drove up to their drive-thru. There was no one in front of me or behind . I drove up to order but sat that for at least 5 minutes, saying hello several times into the intercom without a response. I finally decided to drive up to the window where you pick up the food and pay, but of course, one one was there. After I beeped my horn several times, someone finally appeared but seemed like she was inconvenienced that she had to go to the window. Rather than apologize that she kept me waiting she was annoyed. I told her that I drove to the window because no one was answering the drive thru intercom. Again, instead of apologizing, she said that she couldn't take my order and that I would need to drive all the way around through the drive thru again. I could barely understand her because her English was poor, but I understood that she had no desire to do her job and help me by taking order. I asked why she couldn't just take my order at the window ( again there was no one behind or a head of me) She responded frustrated that I didn't speak Spanish! She said something about needing more time.... at least that is what it sounded like, although a confusing explanation, as was the entire experience. Then she kept telling me repeatedly to drive around...drive around. Needless to say, I just drove away!!! No sale for them but unfortunately no food for me! This BK restaurant in St Cloud is the slowest, most disorganized, poorly managed BK that I have ever been to or any fast food (in this case slow food) restaurant that I have ever been to. Read moreI used the app FETCH and Slickdeals. I got these menu items for about 75% less but I also used rewards from the many free apps where scanning receipts become real money in your pocket. I scan in certain apps the receipts from purchases i made. Honestly this was FREE but without rewards and using available apps to find discounts or offers, the receipt next to the food speaks for itself. The food was great, and the service was quick. I used the Burger king app while I waited at a stop-light about 5 minutes from the location. I didn't order while driving. I arrived and to my surprise, within one minute, I had in my hands, everything I ordered. I was so overwhelmed to see that everything was correct. The food was hot, and it was prepared to the specifications. I couldn't be happier. This is the best BK experience I have ever had. I don't eat fast food often but I was in the area and I had money from Ibotta, Shopkicks, Checkout, and Fetch. Burger King is one of the many rewards available to you for simply saving your receipts and taking a photo of them. I'd pay full price here and it's a rare thing for me to accept anything that does not get a percentage of cost removed by the tools I use when I spend money. Martarius pay full price... I had lunch with my family at this location today for the first time in at least 3 to 5 years and i was curious to see if it had improved at all since my last visit. My experience there was overall not that bad. I enjoyed the meal i got, it came out in a good amount of time and the staff was surprisingly nice to me and my family. It was just the crappy quality and matinence of the location that we all really hated.
The place is just as filthy if not even more so than it was 10 years ago. It smelled really bad, there were flies buzzing around everywhere and getting on our food, and the vending machine had a leak so there was a big puddle of water or something on the floor. You would think that an employee there would've just mopped up the mess before putting down a wet floor sign, but instead they decided to be a lazy ass and just put a wet floor sign there without even attempting to clean up the mess first. If that doesn't prove how awful the staff is at this location then i don't know what does! Not to mention it's a lawsuit waiting to happen!
