The lady there was rude . I called three times prior to see if I can order ahead of time and no answer so as soon as I walk in , busy with one person . She took forever to attend me the person in front of me . Then she told me she couldn’t process another order if it was for someone else ?? Since when cause I order for ppl all the time . Went in to this store today and was extremely pleased with one particular employee named Stacy. I went in with my wife and daughter for lunch and witnessed firsthand hand Stacy explain to three different people who walked into the store that they needed to be wearing face coverings in order to enter the establishment. One of these patrons pulled the, “I’ll just call the owner , I have her phone number” trick, to which Stacy stood her ground and explained it was a rule in place for customer safety and it has to be followed. Don’t bother with this location. The management here needs to be replaced immediately!!! Slow service, only one person on staff, online orders aren’t getting fulfilled within the same hour of order. Employees are unprofessional and just don’t care. Cleanliness is an issue. Management doesn’t care to rectify any mistakes. It’s very clear the condition of this store and its employees lack of care or concern start at the highest level and that is with the leadership.
