I purchased a couch from this store, and unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing. The couch arrived damaged three times, and each time, I was promised a replacement. However, after the last incident, Linda stopped responding to my calls and even blocked my number. When I finally reached her using a different phone, I was told I was 'too picky,' despite the fact that the couch is poorly stitched. Linda also hung up the phone on me.
