KFC — Restaurant in Saint Cloud

I visit this location about 3 times a week. I already know after 8-8:30 they don’t have anymore bowls because they stop making tenders. That there is already one less star. The drive thru employees can be rude. Today I waited exactly 6 minutes at the speaker, I had to say hello to here the guy, with a bothered voice said can you please wait a minute. Last week the girl didn’t even say hi to us, was very upset who knows why, that is not my problem. She was rude giving me the food and the receipt when I asked for it, she gave it to me looking at me serious with a bothered face. Another less star. I asked for a bucket and a cake I had to return to get the cake, the guy said sorry when he handled it to me but asked me to check my order the next time, he’s right I should, but I should be able to receive my order the way it was ordered. They were not even busy for all this. Today, the chicken was cold, the pocket soda was flat, old, nothing was fresh. Unfortunately, no matter how much I like KFC, I will not visit this location again. I tried not to complain and thought maybe the employees are not happy with their shift, with their shift manager, or just because they are young they are stressed out. Kentucky Fried Chicken. Fake, overproduced. it basically pretends to be good chicken but in fact it is not. A metaphor representing theatre kids and their fake exteriors. The word can be abbriviated to 'KFC'. KFC officially serve one of the most unhealthy chicken on earth. By injecting steroid hormone to their chicken so they can give everyone the same size chicken breast. KFC are known to hire stereotypes ghetto employees who hates human contact and love to serve cold under cook food. The employee here are always rude and the mash potatoes doesn't taste like mash potatoes, taste like water with gravy. The macaroni is nasty and the drumsticks taste like it's been in the freezer too long and smells like manure. This place is always empty it's obvious St.Cloud locals has no business here. Yum! Brand, Inc owns KFC, Pizza Hut and Taco Bell so even you personally don't like KFC and enjoy eating their other food chain than in the end their still making money and your still eating their chicken just mash up in your burritos or turn into a pizza topping. I placed an order on the app made a mistake called into the customer service department. Ask them if they could cancel my order for me so I can redo the order and instead I got an attitude from the agent and the supervisor. Her name is Leigh and her and the agent both hung up on me three times each both were very rude unprofessional the supervisor kept talking over me and she would cut me off and not let me finish a sentence and keep talking And not let me have a word in edgewise supervise was extremely rude and hung up on me three times. My issue was never resolved I will never ever use this app again. I will never order from KFC again. This has ruined it for me entirely at how the agents represent themselves and how they do not have customer service oriented, skills or training KFC needs to do better. KFC needs to revamp their customer service department and retrain their entire customer service staff and supervisors to be more customer service oriented.
