Today I had a very gross encounter At this Burger King So I pulled up at 641pm for my online order The line was long and I imagined that the kitchen was busy due to the new whoppers and sides that just been released Which actually was the reason I was attending I was patient didn't take too long to get to the window where I was to receive my food so as I looked in the bag And there I realized that instead of the cheesy tots I received chicken nuggets so the lady apologized and she asked for the whole bag back in the process of handing it to her The bag ripped and everything fell out the bag All burgers are now unwrapped and exposed on the ground The lady at the window Said that they would remake it for me and I should go wait in front I said thank you it was truly my fault I was very grateful so I picked up the burger because I have Is large dogs and I wouldn't mind feeding them these burgers they would be joyfully for a couple of ground burgers So this is when things started to take a turn when I pulled up to the front the manager was sitting outside in her car and she informed me that the burgers that I picked up I would have to give back to the cooks and I tried to explain the situation to her but she was very persistent that I give them back I didn't agree but I was understanding to be honest it seems like I didn't have A choice So she calls the cookout to get the burgers he comes out with no gloves to handle the burgers and he passed up front dining room trash cans and took them to the kitchen Which I found Unsanitary Next thing I know there are 3 heads peeking outside from the kitchen looking over-the-counter into my car window Now I found that a little strange Then right after one of the ladies turns her back towards me and the other cook kinda follows along it's starting to seem like they're trying to block my view of the kitchen and And prep counter Now at this point my mind is overwhelmed with all Kind of thoughts Are these ground burgers or Did they really make new burgers I wouldn't have to ask this question if they Was too properly disposed of the burgers and not bring them back into the cooking area Now about 2 minutes later the burgers come out and the burgers looked like they were wrapped tightly And there are cheese tots in there Yay they got the Order right But I am disgusted and in disbelief But I will not play the mystery game So I returned home and fed the whole meal to my dogs They were very happy With mystery burgers
Really not trying to throw anybody under the bus here but food safety is a big thing illnesses can come from many places and food safety must be taught And practice everyday I really hope you all get some some servsafe training And become better and customer care and food safety
Remember safety first...
Read moreSo i frequently return to this place because i do get bored of the selection around hopkins for a quick meal. Its just incredibly frustrating that every experience i have with this burger king is met with horrible service, and even worse tasting food. Ive had a 20 percent chance of getting hot fries, and a 10 percent chance to get an adequate amount of sauce for my chicken (literally) most people will scoff at my comments and think im exaggerating. Most recently, 10 minutes ago i had order 2 #13s. The chicken fry meal. Its a frequent choice for me and i was also with my brother who had gotten a meal as well. Not only once again are my fries cold. The guy who took my order failed to even ask if i want sauce. For chicken? Seriously who eats chicken nuggets or chicken fries without thinking of a dipping sauce. Its incredible the laziness the majority of this team has. I had asked for sauce because its programmed for me to ask now. And for 9 chicken fries, i get one sauce. Tell me how you run any restaurant and stay in business with a lack of consistent quality service. Its just a disappointment every time i go there. I did the same thing with the wendys off of blake rd, i am driving the extra 5 minutes to the other wendys off 11th ave for similar reasons. Just overall the worst service given by people who dont care about their jobs amd care less about...
Read moreStopped bye around 1:30pm Sunday for lunch with wife and son. What an experience! Finally got our order in, and noticed about 6-8 people waiting after their order was in. We were # 52, we sat down and watched. The burgers were piling up 2 high in the holding area behind the counter, but the employees did not seem to know what they we’re doing. An irate customer was waiting for a sandwich from his order # 42. Employees started yelling at each other using the F word in front of customers. I counted 14 customers waiting for their orders up to 20 minutes after ordered. We got our order, but the yelling continued in the back(more cursing). We all(customers) looked at each other and starting laughing in disbelief. We ended up being there for about an hour. As we were leaving the order taker told a customer “ I have not heard of that burger— let me check” , walked out the door and noticed the same burger featured on your sign out front. This gal told my wife when we ordered that she had been there since Jan 4. Now 2/23. I was in retail for 20 yrs., and my wife a 30 yr. server. Neither of us could believe what we saw/heard. Thought you should know. Burger King is struggling, but it is not for lack of customers— experience is key. FYI— was in about 2 weeks before for a shake for my son. Ice cream machine down. 3 strikes— your out. Jim...
