This is like a bad dream. Trump must of had something to do with this park. The city spend a ton of money on rocks and concrete. University is a highway and updating a park next to a highway is beyond insane.The city should have worked with the YMCA to put in something usable. Dog park /a kids playground/ a fountain/ grass/ a basketball court/ pretty much anything. Dollars spent per person using this place is going to be a little high on this one. I would love to see the crazy people that approved this thing actual use this park. They should rename this park to "Rocks Heaven". Maybe they just needed a place to store rocks in case there is a shortage of rocks in the future. Minneapolis should get rid of the Stone Arch Bridge and just create giant piles of rocks to one up the local visionaries. Saint Paul has the number two park system in the US and they created a rock pile...
