Store selection is decent. But no shopping carts. I've lived in Seattle had to do deliveries in the ghetto and they still had shopping carts. When I 1st got there there looked to be 2 employees, a manager, and a security guard talking for like good 20 min in front of the store cause I couldn't believe there was no shopping carts after finding zero I asked customer servicevand they said no we have no shopping carts but we got boxes. So I take it I either have to buy 3 items or less or light stuff. I was going to fill a 5 gal jug of water and by case 24pk of coke. Whole time 4 workers/security/ mgr were talking in front. While standing in line I was told twice that I wish I had a cart which was funny but not funny. If I was elderly or disabled I couldn't have got the water. Another guy in aisle over is carry bag of potatoes 2 12 pk of pop and like 2 other items.... I felt for this gentleman and then got told that people always steal carts there. Which is weird because was just at target across the street and plenty of carts. 2nd why have a security guard if he's not securing company property and goods. 3rd need either a cart person to hire who just does carts and finally if carts keep getting stolen you still have tp replace them or close the store. Can't seriously expect everyone to by 2-3 light items and that's it. Sorry im from out state visiting a friend i told her id rather go to Wisconsin, duluth, or Alexandria than shop in that store again
2 stars are because inside is a decent store. Just sucks that security, caneras(whether there or not but assuse got surveillance are lacking. And seems like none the employees management or security enjoy working here, for the company, or representing that store, their community.
Worse store experience in my whole life and im...
Read moreAll together, the Dollar Tree is one of my favorite stores, so I was excited to try a new one. I had to come this way momentarily, so I thought I would check this location out. It wasn't horrible, but it wasn't special. I believe there were two workers. Customer service was nothing special. Unfortunately they didn't have plastic pantry storage like I was looking for, a tall container to put my dry spaghetti or cereal in However a bonus was finding glass containers in a few different sizes and lid variations. This store is well stocked, and they also have the freezer section! A big plus is their front pop cooler is actually full of different choices, so that's nice to see. You never know what to expect at each individual Dollar Tree. I have noticed these particular stores run depending on many factors. Of course, the location & since the inner cities have more traffic, there will be more theft. Theft then attributes to fewer products on shelves and/or messy isles. Another would include the attitude & delegation skills given by the manager. Plus, employees need to work together and be able to multitask to help customers and...
Read moreI can't stand this area. Sometimes I have to come here because I don't have time to go to a different area and Everytime I come here, I reminded why I don't come here. The amount of drug use and homelessness is unsettling. You are constantly harassed if you wear tight clothes or show your legs even a little bit. If you're not harassed on that, You're being harassed to give them money. Even if you tell them no, they ask you when you come out again. There is a lot of needles that litter the parking lot and store fronts. There's loud fights and arguments daily. The cub foods sends the worst meat to this area, I won't even buy meat from here. It's just a trash area and no way to get rid of the crime and drug use. The tJ max in this area just closed down last week because of the theft and no one coming to shop there due to the crime and harassment. This is a dirty...
