I'll just cut to the chase. This was my first time coming here and it didn't disappoint! The screen was huge and the sound was excellent! The perfect level, just loud enough to drown out any talking from other viewers. This theater is kept extremely clean. I noticed this right away walking in the main doors into the lobby then going left making my way to the concession stand. You can just tell cleanliness is a high priority. To the right just through the main doors is where you'll see a few consoles that scan QR codes and print out tickets for those of you who paid for them online in advance. The QR code can be found inside the email you gave during the process of purchasing the tickets. After locating the confirmation email sent to you, simply position the QR code found within the body of the email up to the scanner. Your tickets will immediately print out once the QR code has been successfully scanned. Expect the unexpected by making sure you do not lose or toss your ticket into the trash even though you already entered and are now sitting at your designated super comfy reclining chair. Keep your ticket handy for any unforeseen situations where you may need to exit then re-enter. I want to bring attention to the sound quality and volume level real quick and why I find this extremely important. We obviously need to be able to effortlessly hear the dialogue clearly. And all the sounds in the movie for instance like explosions, foot steps, a growl, music, action sounds are necessary to immerse ourselves in the movie from beginning to end at a volume that is loud enough to mute any distractions but not be so loud that it becomes the distraction itself. Like, talking, munching, slurping, etc.. The sound system in the theater was well balanced allowing me to enjoy the movie without distractions. My next favorite thing about this theater is the luxury seats and how incredibly comfortable they are. I challenge those of you out there that haven't been to a theater for awhile now because you have been unable to sit comfortably for the length of a movie to check out this Cinema. With its deep cushions and adjustable electric reclining chairs to sit in, I can't imagine anyone at any point during a movie feeling the need to squirm around, stand and stretch or back stiffen up while in these chairs. Of course other than the unfortunate people with back injuries, genetic defects, etc.. These luxury chairs recline at the angle you choose with just the push of a button. The seating aisles are spacious and offer plenty of room to walk through even if you're in a fully reclined position. After coming here I just can't see myself going to any other theater. first I ordered my tickets on their actual site. Not fandango or some other site I ordered from their actual website. The site gives a QR code to scan for tickets. However despite no signage to say this, once youāre there and through the extremely long wait the very rude ticket person will tell you that you have to take it up front to print the tickets. The website says to just scan the QR code and thereās 0 signs indicating the need to print. Terrible set up and very behind the times.
the line is extremely confusing for concessions. There is like 1 person working so it took about 30 minutes despite being like 5th in line. You then have to pick up the popcorn and drinks elsewhere which causes another line.
the employees are extremely rude. You work in customer service, weāve all been there and nobody likes it, but you have to at least act like you care.
-they had no bottled water, sure whatever no biggie so I ordered a medium soda and tried to get water from the fountain and they are out of that too. I mean how the heck is a service industry not offering water? Seems like a bit of a scam. What if I canāt have sugar drinks? What if Iām allergic to the dyes that are in soda and other drinks? Like I mean water is the very bottoms of the barrel of items you should make sure you have and they canāt even do that right.

after the half hour ordeal of slow lines and horrid customer service and bad ticketing you get to the theater that has āluxuryā seats. Thereās other reviews with photos but the seats are completely torn up and destroyed and feel terrible. The rooms are extremely dirty which if youāre afraid of covid is an issue as itās clear they donāt disinfect or even clean. Janky recliners.
Whole place is a mess. Thank goodness I donāt live in Saint Petersburg so this isnāt my normal theater. I beg anyone who thinks they have good deals here to pay more money and go elsewhere as this will be the worst movie experience...

I had to ask for the air to be turned down in theater room 9 as it was very warm. We ordered food that took forever to get and barely got our food in time even though we arrived 30 minutes ahead of time. I ordered popcorn and asked for extra butter and white cheddar flavor but was given some other flavor. The floors were riddled with popcorn and other trash in the hallways. As a citizen of the St. Pete area this was very disheartening as the theater has much potential but seems to lack the attention needed to provide the great experience that used to be associated with this location when it first opened. Our chairs were fine but I noticed others that were damaged at the headrest. I love my city and refuse to let it come to this. I provide this critique as a call for change to a theater that has great potential but that is currently not meeting that potential. Please hire new management and staff that can provide an experience that is satisfying to both residents and those visiting. We can do better than this and we need the owners and management to live up to the potential that this theater has and this area deserves. I am hopeful that things will change for the better but suggest that in the meantime, people not watch movies in theater number 9 or the one across from it, make sure that they give you the requested flavor for popcorn before eating something that you are possibly allergic to, and get there early enough to ensure that you arenāt waiting for your food instead of watching the movie that you paid to watch. I felt like I could have had a better experience waiting for the movie to come out on Amazon, watching it at home in at a comfortable Temperature, making my own popcorn with the flavoring that I desire, with clean surroundings, and furniture that isnāt worn out.
