Kirsten was very helpful and accommodating and made us feel very comfortable. We had gone to a couple of other jewelers around town to browse and all felt like they were pushing to sell us whatever ring was convenient for them, rather than what we were looking for. Due to this Windsor Gallery was a breath of fresh air. They were very mindful of keeping around our stated budget and had lots of options in both price range and style. Staff here are wonderful. Kirsten did an amazing job creating custom rings for us. She is truly an artist! There is nothing she can't make. Kirsten and Carol are so patient, kind and truly want you to have something that you'll cherish forever. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for small gifts, jewelry repairs or any custom orders from jewelry to awards plaques, cups, etc. They also have a wonderful jewelry cleaner solution too!
