The food was great!! Prices are not too bad for all the food u get, depending on the dish u get. The curl haired brunette female server wasn't as efficient and dedicated about attending to customers' needs appropriately. She was very brushy/ dismissive in a way. She would ask you, if you if everything was alright and before you answered, she was already passing you by. Her service was like a sloppy robot. Preprogrammed and no care. Then she dropped oily dressing on the ground, she went and grabbed a couple of napkins, rather than a towel of some sort and cleaning solution. Rather than go around the outside to absorb each bit at a time, she rubbed it into the floor and grout like it was an eraserboard. I had to tell her, "Umm, miss, that's not going to work. That's oily. Someone can slip (seeing as it was so close to the door, more track would run through it). You have to get a degreaser or cleaning spray for that." She says, "Oh, oh yeah." She had no passion behind her work ethic. She had RUSHED past my table and very fast said, "Is everything ok?" And before i could respond (as i mentioned), she had already scurried past my table. She was power walking and talking AT me (while still going, never stopping in place to await a response from me), that i had to then get up and go to the cashier to get me the condiments i needed. That busgirl / lady came by my table twice. When she brought my food she didnt greet me and give me a few seconds to receiver her presence before raising her voice SLIGHTLY frm the rable behind me (as she was addressing me.) She should have said, "hi, i am ' .' Order #43: you have the ..............?" Nothing, no courtesy or consideration that i was in a trans reading as i waited for my order over 10 mins. She just rammed in her presence with regard of her actions or the customers coming from behind. (My back was facing the kitchen. I was facing the front windows.) Were it not for the male drink server, the female cashier with her hair parted and pulled back into a ponytail that were so efficient in their service and my order, (along with what i dealt with from the waitress/ busgirl) the AMAZING cooking, and the layout of the place, my rating would be lower. Their good work ethic and compassion for their position made up for my "not so great" table service from that ONE rude waitress /...
Read moreThis used to be one of my favorite places but due to the horrible customer service I will never step foot in this place again. I made a call in order and I could tell right away my order would be wrong. The girl on the phone was not the brightest and had me repeat everything minimum 5 times even the name for the order and every time she said it back wrong. I felt like I was having a damn stroke trying to order it was so ridiculous. So I get there and check my food and it was wrong. They tried to charge me for extra sauce I didn't order and there were no grilled onions on my burger or pickles. So this other rude girl comes up asking what the problem is. I tell her and instead of I'm sorry let me fix that she says we'll I will have to uncharged you for the grilled onions. Well first of all if the order was correct the charge would have already been on the bill and I now wouldn't have to wait for my food to be fixed. I had already paid. So then they want me to turn around and pay an upcharge while I wait for them to fix the food that they messed up while my other food got cold instead of just saying i'm sorry let me get you some onions and pickles. At this point I'm so mad I just leave now I'm stuck with a 15 dollar sandwich that is just meat and bread. Nobody cared to listen and all had an attitude. To pay 40 dollars for 2 meals and be treated like...
Read moreChristina, you’re very rude. I picked up a to go that I made online. I gave her assistant my name. Christina named off items I had ordered standing at computer, I answered yes. Both of us clearly not knowing there were two Togo names: Robert (not me) and my name: Shaye Roberts. She had pulled up another customer : “robert” and I mistakenly swiped my card. I thought it was strange that I had already paid online but thought maybe it was to be confirmed at the restaurant, which is my mistake. I politely showed her my phone that it said I had paid via Apple Pay. She rudely and loudly in front of a line of people behind me, “ SO NOT THE ORDER I JUST READ OFF TO YOU?!” I responded kindly: “I just gave you my name”. She huffed and turned around to find someone else’s order and came back to the computer. I gave her the paid merchant copy receipt that wasn’t mine but I paid for. She grabs it from my hand. Someone else gave me the correct order and as I turned around to leave, she rudely says “hold on I have to give you a voided receipt.” I’ll never be back now. Have been coming here for a year and the gentleman with the beautiful nails always had me coming back,...
