This is a good place to work out if you need help to accomplish your physical goal. You can see the progress in your body after 2 months for sure. It is a fast place work out but not impossible to follow. Sierra, Molly, Jorge and the others are great coaches. Cam is very patient and helpful to answer any question or even how to do a workout properly. I wish I knew about this place long time ago. If you are undecided just give a try and you won’t regret. This gym is absolutely awesome! The energy is always high, and the staff and members create such a strong sense of teamwork. Everyone supports each other, making every workout motivating and fun. Highly recommend for anyone looking to level up their fitness in a positive environment! Go K-effect!! 💪🏽🦍

This place is great! I love that its at your own pace. The coaches are all great and really help support you to make sure you're eating right and exercising properly. I did the 28 day challenge and lost 20 pounds. Couldn't have done it without the support from others in the class and the coaches.

I just finished the 28-day shred program. It was advertised as "free" but of course that's not really the case. The deal is that you have to make a $500 deposit and sign a contract that you will only get the money back if you meet the weight-loss or fat-loss goal that they give you. To get your money back, you also have to commit to doing at least 3 workout classes a week as well as follow a very strict diet plan (super high protein, low calories, low fat, low sugar). The workout classes are offered early in the mornings or early evenings. They were difficult, but in the right way that you would hope. I pushed myself too hard and threw up after the first two classes, but then was able to avoid that going forward. I successfully went to 3 classes a week for 4 weeks. I chose to do those first thing in the morning and that helped me stick to my goal and have more energy the rest of my day. The diet was difficult because it's very strict and I couldn't eat most of my usual foods or even have cheat meals on the weekends. You can go out to eat, but essentially you're paying for simple salads, which isn't worth it to me. My assigned goal was to lose 6% body fat in the 28 days. At my halfway mark I had only lost 2%. At that point I knew that even though I was doing the exercises and following the diet plan very well, it wasn't going to be enough. Today, at the end of the program, I had lost 4% body weight. I am happy with the results but feel like the original goal was intentionally unrealistic so that I would have to pay lots of money for only one month. I feel happy with my body's progress but also upset that I spent what could have covered more than a year of a gym membership for one month. BUT, I did learn more exercises, better form, and how to eat...

I was a paying member for several months but eventually decided to cancel because I wasn't enjoying the workouts (too much cardio, even though they say it's strength focused) Whoever I spoke with said they would continue charging me because I had "agreed to it." (I checked my email, I don't see any agreements or even receipts for previous charges, and I was told it was month to month) I literally had to cancel my credit card to get them to stop charging me after cancelling my membership. I do really love most of the trainers, but there are a couple who don't know proper form or how to properly utilize equipment (like the Ski-Erg or the Assault bike.. they have no idea how to read the screens or properly push someone on that equipment). They also brought in a couple trainers on a trial basis or something? They were awful and I swear they couldn't have been certified in anything.. I wanted to like the gym because it is a super convenient location and a couple of the trainers are GOLD, but overall K Effect fell flat and their terrible customer service was the thing leading me to write this review. I didn't want to say anything bad because of the trainers that I do love, but you can't keep charging someone for a...

KEffect has been a complete game changer for me! I tried working out at home with workout programs on my phone; I did not like having to set a timer on my phone, trying to mess with playing music, keeping track of how many reps I had done, while not having all the equipment needed. It was not working for me. I tried going to a local gym and always felt lost and intimidated by all the weights. I have always wanted to weight train but have no knowledge or prior training. KEffect kept popping up on my social media so I decided to give it a try! Let me tell you why I love it; I show up with my water and they take care of the rest. They have all the weights and equipment set up, the workouts are planned and displayed on a big screen in front of you, they keep track of the reps and have a timer going so you don’t have to, they have upbeat music playing, many class time options morning/evening, and small intimate class sizes all with a personal trainer giving you feedback. They have curated the perfect workout environment that pumps me up! I really do train harder as a team! I cannot recommend Keffect enough!!! It has given me the confidence I needed and the weight training skills I have been...
