I’ve never had issues with this location until yesterday. As I was passing through the section where all of the wrapping paper, birthday paper plates, and office/desk supplies were, an employee with long black hair walks right out of an aisle without paying attention or saying excuse me. I reminded and advised her that wasn’t polite and she ignores me, doesn’t take ownership, nor apologizes. I spoke to a manager, tall older gentleman, slender build who did not apologize whatsoever and only said that she doesn’t speak English. I explained that she could say “Excuse me” and “I’m sorry” in her native tongue, at least, or use Google Translate if she had a smart phone, but above all she can use good manners, check both ways before walking out of an aisle, and pay attention without having to speak in English.

He never said anything back to me. The only employee who was apologetic and would have done something about it was the cashier who checked me out at number eight.

Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service. I wanted to get the price of a mirror and the guy I asked took one look at it, told me there wasn’t a price sticker and he didn’t know and walked away. So I went to the front to ask a cashier and the line was 32 people long moving at a snails pace. So I walked up to a register to get the price cause I’m not waiting in that long of a line to get a price checked and the lady was so rude to me. She literally sighed and rolled her eyes at me because I asked her a question. She did end up finding the price but it took her about 10 minutes. Their prices are outrageous. One mirror that was three times the size was twice as cheap as the smaller one. Same brand, same material. Then I did end up having to wait in the super long line. Absolutely terrible experience I don’t recommend shopping here ever. Their employees alone deserve...

The place is poorly put together. Their single rug magnet broke, and the manager there doesn’t even have the capacity to create a hold list for customers wanting rugs. No idea when they will have a magnet to get rugs down and putting everything on a first come first serve basis whenever said magnet shows up. I was trying to buy the rug then and there, then all they have to do is put a sold sticker on it and let me come get it whenever they get their magnet. A child could make...
