For starters, we had the opportunity to visit their showroom to pick out fabrics, colors, and furniture styles. The design team was great to work with, offering their expertise to make sure we knew exactly what it was we would be ordering.
The installation team did a great job too. In two days, office furniture was delivered, assembled, and placed in offices/classrooms. Boxes were hauled away and disposed of by Workspace Elements.
We've had a few pieces of furniture that have required the use of the warranty and Workspace has been great to help with that process as well. We let them know of the issues, send in the item numbers, and they take care of the rest, with weekly updates. A delivery date is scheduled, and they always arrive within the timeframe that was scheduled. They quickly repair or replace the item, and no assembly or clean-up is required on our part.
