2nd & final end-of-day snow removal from the top parts (hood, cab, hard back lift trunk lid) of my vintage Silverado 1500 Z 4x4. Cool 37° & headed down fast along w the sun. SofaJo walked over to say HI, Stranger, after a few weeks of deep freeze neighbor separation. Spontaneous Del Taco 🌮 Time accord reached, drove right up to the window. Ordered the new Buttery Garlic deep fried shrimp (2 medium sized), parmeson cheese 🧀 sauce, shredded lettuce & tasty tomato bits appealed - all warmed up except for the 5-6 inch flour tortilla wrap which fit perfectly into our hard working yet delicate hands - one hand eating after fold over & grip. (Decision to Del Taco experience undoubtedly influenced strongly by recent days of tv commercial bombardment.) Ate one taco & brought 2nd home to pop into microwave grill which greatly improved the crunch delight. Fond memories of chicken nachos (pre-inflation & avian flu shortage of edible chickens --- resolving slowly... both chickens & the eggs.) Smaller portions of every single product ( like everywhere else); shocked to notice & question -- where's the chicken?, & the heavy artillary enriched for my arteries gravy, and I don't remember there being smashed smooth refied beans (? Maybe there was?), new was a ladle of sour cream on top (have not been to Del Taco 9 months, so questionable facts on accuracy of food items.) Estimate
Read moreI've been going to the Del Taco down the road for years, and I've never been disappointed. The food is always fresh and delicious, the prices are reasonable, and the service is excellent.
I'm a big fan of their grilled chicken. It's juicy and flavorful, and it's cooked to perfection. I usually get 4-5 grilled chicken del carbon tacos but no green sauce. The tacos are always made to order, and they're never greasy or soggy. I went on a kick for a while with their crunchtada tostadas no sauce, lettuce on the side (for my hubby) add beef and a side of queso blanco... Yum 😋
The employees at this Del Taco are some of the nicest and friendliest people I've ever met. They always remember my order, and they're always willing to make recommendations. I've even gotten to know some of them by name.
One time, my husband was in the mood for a burger, but he had never tried the Double Del Burger at Del Taco before. The employees were so helpful in talking him through the menu and helping him choose the right burger for him. He ended up loving the burger, and he now gets it frequently when he has a craving for a burger.
I highly recommend this Del Taco to anyone looking for a delicious and affordable meal. The food is great, the service is excellent, and the employees are friendly and helpful. You won't be disappointed!
Here are some additional details about my experience at this Del Taco:
The restaurant is always clean and well-maintained. The drive-thru is always quick and efficient. The food is always fresh and hot. The prices are very reasonable. The employees are friendly and helpful.
I would definitely recommend this Del Taco to anyone looking for a delicious and affordable meal.

OMG! I'm changing my review... I wish I could make it better! The guy at the front counter not only took care of my bizarre order with no problem but then hooked around with my husband about his, and he got absolutely what he was promised a bad new double del made perfect. And then to top it all off he got a is a purple pear popper drink in Sprite for us to try while we waited. It was so damn good, we have purchased several...
Read moreExactly a week ago, I took my 2 kids, both under 10, to eat at this place. I ordered 4 Shrimp tacos and 2 fish tacos. Upon receiving the tacos, I saw how badly they were made, not even half of what it's supposed to be. Please refer to the picture. So, I asked the staff to fill the tacos to look closer like the picture. Also, refer to their advertising.
That would mean just a cup of cabbage for the 6 tacos I bought.
But Shannon and her boss said, No. They had put enough, and they refused to put more unless I pay more. I couldn't believe what I was hearing. I said, so, you are selling food that doesn't even come close to looking like the picture, and it's ok with you? They said, they do that all the time, and they have put enough according to what they're supposed to.
They said it with arrogance and a smug on their face. Their body language suggests to take it or leave it.
I said, ok, I'd like to get a refund, please.
It was at that point that they proceeded to provide some more shredded cabbage, which would've costs less than 10 cents.
Just look at the picture of what I received and what their advertising picture markets it's supposed to look like.
The attitude of Shannon and her boss is surprisingly arrogant for a mere 10 cents worth of...
