Does Subway have stolen my money. Flat out stolen my money. Accidentally chose the store on the app and immediately called because it says on the app if there's a mistake or to cancel contact the store. Well we called for 50 minutes on three different phones and they never answered. So therefore I wasn't able to cancel my order I had to place an order where I was and they owe me the money. But it seems #Subway doesn't care one way or another cuz we also got in contact with them as well and have heard nothing back. If the only way you're going to have on your app to cancel an order or change it or anything is contact the store but they don't answer for 50 straight minutes and then we tried a few calls later that night and today we tried about a dozen times then it's set up to just steal your money. I never came and picked up my sandwich they just stole my money.
Update Finally! Someone answered the phone! Interestingly enough He knew exactly the order and the name on the order before my husband was able to say a word other than we want to talk to your manager about getting our money back. Moises, was trying his absolute best with a language barrier to help us. Which during this situation was nice. But it doesn't change the situation that no one would answer the phone yesterday other than to pick it up and hang it up. That is unacceptable behavior. Supposedly, we will get our money back tomorrow morning when the manager comes in. Trust I will update this tomorrow. Also it's still doesn't change the frustration and the fact that it took over 24 hours for someone to answer the phone, oddly knew exactly what we were talking about and give us some kind of it will be solved tomorrow info. So I guess we will...
Read moreThe food and the customer service is beyond superb, and the employees are kind and hardworking, managing the store single-handedly. I hope they hire more staff to ease their workload. As a former manager at Subway, I understand the challenges of the job, including preparing all of the vegetables, baking bread and cookies, having to wash all the dishes and cleaning the entire establishment. It's a demanding job that requires dedication for low pay.
With that being said, I was absolutely appalled by the way customers treated the staff at this location. With only one employee on duty, they cannot leave the counter unattended, not even for a minute. Customers need to understand that the staff is overworked and underpaid, and they deserve respect. In today's economy, it's impossible for minimum wage workers to support a family of four, let alone afford a one-bedroom apartment. They may never own a home and many of them take the bus to work every day. Therefore, customers should be patient and not expect immediate service with a smile. The staff is working hard to provide quality service despite the challenges they face. I ended up yelling at a customer to be more patient. How dare you drive up in your $50,000 Lexus you just drove off the lot and expect service with a smile in 15 seconds. Back in your day who could afford a home and a family while working the register- this worker is barely scraping by. He popped his head over the counter and was hollering for service. Allow the man running the entire store to use the bathroom for one minute and wash his hands!...
Read moreJust came here with my son and husband. Waited 20 minutes in line. One of the workers worked on togo orders while the other one helped the three people ahead of us. Finally when it was our turn my husband and son both ordered sandwiches with meat and I got a veggie one because I'm vegetarian. When the guy helping us finished the meat sandwiches I asked him to change his gloves so I wouldn't get any oils or cross overs from the meat on mine. After his finished making it he slide it over and the other guy working came over and grabbed my sandwich and cut it with the same gloves he use to make this other guys two meat sandwiches. You should always change your gloves whenever your making a vegetarian sandwich. Now I'm even more upset and won't eat...
