⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 Stars I had an absolutely delightful experience at First Watch in San Antonio, and I can’t recommend it enough! From the moment we walked in, the customer service was exceptional. Our server was an absolute gem—sweet, attentive, and truly made us feel cared for. Her excellent recommendations elevated our meal, and her warmth made the experience unforgettable. The atmosphere here is vibrant and welcoming, making it one of my favorite spots for breakfast or brunch in San Antonio. I brought my mom here to celebrate her 74th birthday, and it was the perfect choice for such a special occasion. The place was spotless, and the ambiance added to the joy of the day. The food? Phenomenal. We started with their fried donuts, which were a delightful treat from their full menu. I ordered the signature hash skillet, and it was packed with fresh, flavorful ingredients. My mom had the Eggs Benedict Florentine, which she raved about—perfectly prepared and bursting with flavor. To top it off, we both enjoyed their fresh juices with an immunity shot. I had the ginger beet juice, which was refreshing and zesty, while my mom loved her lavender juice for its unique and soothing taste. Total wait time 1hr 37min before we left. We might attempt to revisit this place but not sure yet. Also people who check in online have priority no matter what time they get there they completely disregard any walk-ins. Answering your question? Seat customers within reasonable time. If online check in is available only allow 5 min grace period. Holding tables for others that is taking their time when you already have money in the door is mind blowing. This was very upsetting that we were repeatedly past. Big guy said online check in has priority no matter what time they arrive. Before saying that there were 7 tables available. This was my first time visiting so I really didn’t know what to expect. My family and I decided to try something different on this day and man was I surprised 😮.

This was one of the nicest spots that’s not well advertised at least not that I can recall ever really hearing much about.

If they upped their advertising game they might be able to take some of the business from some of the more well none breakfast locations near.

So on this day I was feeling some pancakes 🥞 so as I’m looking at the menu it says something of the sort that these pancakes are really BIG and I’m like yeah right.

Boy they were right…. Not only were they huge they were also delicious 🤤 needless to say I was not ashamed that I could not finish. I gladly got me a to go box and finished the rest at lunch.
