This hotel was a great one . this was our second stay at this location and honestly one of our favorites. The price is great there is a sonic about 1 minute walk from the front door a bill millers, and other things. The pool was great and plenty of space as well as a covered patio with a grill plenty of chairs just a nice relaxing clean space. Front desk check in was quick and easy (recommend using the best western app) our room was incredibly spacious beds were comfy but made a lot of noise. Regular amenities in the room coffee maker tv microwave and fridge they were all nice. A big plus was the room for very very cold I love that especially after a hot day exploring San Antonio . There was plenty of parking and it was well lit. Front desk person was so nice and accommodating. We had thought we booked a room with a sofa bed but we just clicked regular sofa in either case the front desk person didn’t hesitate to help us she got us a roll away bed and linen and was so nice about it she truly is a blessing and pleasant person. Even at 1 am our mistake but she was so nice. There is one elevator it works Great. Hotel itself was super clean smelled great and well maintained. We stayed on 3rd floor right in front of elevator which was very nice. Highly recommend!!!

I was skeptical based on the reviews but let me just say it was 5 stars. Customer service was amazing, they were all so friendly and greeted you whenever we made eye contact. Breakfast was to go but that was okay given our Covid situation. Breakfast was good, your typical hotel breakfast but it did the job to start the morning, especially since some hotels still aren't serving breakfast at all. I didn't get a chance to swim, the pool was usually full of kids but that's okay, with this Texas heat, I totally understood. The room I must say was very well cleaned. I enjoyed the spacious suite and the large bathroom. The only thing I would add would be more large towels, the shower pressure was great, most hotels barely have any kind of pressure. The A/C did its job in this Texas heat, it was even cold in my room but I wasn't complaining. And the bed was very comfortable, I definitely slept like a baby, I would add some more pillows though. The hotel itself sits right off the highway, easy access on and off. Two convenient stores a few steps away, and of course a Bill Miller directly across the street from the hotel. I definitely recommend this hotel. This will be my hotel stop when I come to town.

I stayed here for parking and breakfast versus going downtown. The front desk service was full of attitude. Each one I dealt with. They weren't overly rude, but just everything was done with attitude and my questions were all half answered. "Do you have other doors?" "Yes" instead of yes, they are here, here and here. "Am I on a higher floor" "yes" instead of yes, you're on this floor. The biggest problem I had with this place is the bed. It didn't fit the frame, the frame was too big. So there is about a 5 inch gap at the top, perfect for pillows to fall in. And there is a 2 inch gap between the mattress and bed frame. Perfect for banging your legs on when you get in and out of bed. At breakfast I asked the girl for a tray to carry my food. She told me they were under the ice machines upstairs. So I go on the hunt for an ice machines, not knowing they aren't on every floor. I find one on the second floor. ...no trays. I got back down, can't find her. Oh and they don't have hot chocolate. I don't drink coffee and it was cold so I was a little disappointed. It wasn't a super horrible experience, but I wont go back.

We stayed here for a few days during our visit in San Antonio. This location was close to all of the places we needed to go. It's right off of I-35, but far enough to not hear the highway noises. Its surrounded by plenty of restaurants, bars and convenient stores and directly down the street from the military base. They have a large parking lot so no issues parking. The room was relatively quiet, the bed was comfortable and the shower was nice and hot with lots of pressure. They have a pool, but unfortunately It was closed during our visit. It was 100+ F so having a working pool would have been nice. They also have an EV charging stations but it was also not working. They have one of the best breakfast I've seen in a long time. The options for breakfast was great and completely made up for the pool being closed. I work remotely and had no internet issues working from the room. The desk and office chair was a nice bonus. The hotel was nice and clean and the staff was very nice and friendly. We enjoyed our stay. We'll be back soon.
