Copenhagen Service and Clearance Center — Attraction in San Antonio

BEWARE: workers smoke in warehouse. Six months ago, my wife and I bought a beautiful 6x9 rug from the Copenhagen warehouse, which was not cheap. Unfortunately, from the moment we brought it home, it reeked like cigarette smoke. We can only deduce that the workers who work here smoke inside the warehouse where products are stored. We've tried everything; even washed it with Dawn and water in the driveway. We've coated it with baking soda and vacuumed it up, tried the sprinkle on carpet deodoriser. WE HAVE TRIED EVERYTHING. When you walk into my house, the smell still hits you in the face--even though it is in another room. Unfortunately we are going to have to throw our expensive rug away. Be very cautious about buying things from here; i would imagine sofas, beds, etc will also smell...

Our experience with Copenhagen's warehouse team was everything we had hoped for. Today we met Jose and CJ, who came to delivery our new sectional sofa. From sending a text that they were on their way, to finding us, to parking, to placing furniture, to finally waving goodbye, they were the best! We can't describe how great they were! By the time they left, we felt like old friends! Genuine good people right...

First of all the location is very remote and the store is very small. But, you can find very nice furniture in there. They are usually considerably less expensive compared to the ones in the main store, but without any guarantee.
